2.00I went at the very end of the season (November), and I would say we did not gain anything by this tour. The “tour” portion was just taking a short walk around areas we had already walked, and the guide did not really give us that much information. He spent most of the tour feeding the squirrels and birds in the park (which was fun the first time, but it got old quickly). There was no line to Maid of the Mist because of when we went, so having the tour to bypass the line was also pointless. We basically just spent $25 extra to ride maid of the mist by purchasing this tour.

5.00Howie was a great tour guide!!! He was very knowledgeable and very informative. We had a group of 4 that was in our group that was very rude and disrespectful while he was trying to tell us the history of the state park. He kept his composure and really didn’t acknowledge them. It really bothered me and my husband’s nerves but Howie was extremely professional about it…

5.00Dave was so informative and funny, loved the tour with 5 Star. We went on a cold and windy day, the boat captain took us as close to the falls as I would consider safe, he had it under control the whole time, what an experience!!!
