Dufferin Islands Park
Dufferin Islands is a peaceful nature area in Niagara Falls, just south of the Horseshoe Falls. It features a series of small, tree-covered islands connected by wooden footbridges and walking paths, surrounded by quiet ponds and streams — a perfect spot for picnics, birdwatching, and a break from the busy tourist areas nearby.
Toronto Power Generating Station
The Toronto Power Generating Station is a historic hydroelectric power plant located right beside the Horseshoe Falls in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Built in 1906, its grand Beaux-Arts architecture and stone façade make it one of the most striking industrial buildings in the area, symbolizing the early days of harnessing Niagara’s power for electricity in Toronto.

5.00Chris was excellent, guiding us through the many interesting highlights of Niagara Falls and area. His personality and humor added to the abundance of information he provided. We shared the tour, and his immaculate van, with 2 other couples, from Austin, TX and the UK. What a great wintery way to discover one of nature's landmarks in Canada!

5.00We did the Winter Wonderland tour on March 11,2026. The tour took us to all the major things to see that were open at this time of year. What made the tour extra special was our guide,Chris. During the drive he explained about history and the highlights along the way that were not on the tour. He was so polite and accommodating. Also it was a cloudy rainy day and the visibility was poor from Skylon tower, so Chris offered to pick us up the next day and take us to the tower while his passengers on the tour for the next day were at an attraction. This was so appreciated. Chris assured we had the best tour possible. I highly recommend this tour and to request Chris be your tour guide.

His vehicle was clean and accessible and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Chris, as he goes out of his way to make his tours as enjoyable as possible.

5.00Fabulous day with Martine. Great to go at this time of the year as no queues so managed to fit so much in to our time. Loved all of the different aspects of the trip and Martine brought everything to life with her stories. The butterfly experience was changed to the power Station and we were so glad as that was fascinating.
