We highly recommend this travel agency and its founder, Fredder — a true tourism enthusiast who has been offering tailor-made trips and excursions for over 20 years, with prices that are perfectly in line with market rates. We booked two wonderful excursions: a tour of the Isletas islands and a hike up Mombacho volcano. After that, Fredder even offered us a third activity: a guided tour of the city!   EXCELLENT! COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE!!! Fredder was so fun, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history and wildlife of Nicaragua. He did everything he could to make our trip the best it could possibly be! It was seamless. He even went out of his way to allow us to track down a jacket our group left behind.   Fredder was an amazing driver! He had to wait a little longer than expected due to a delayed flight, but he was still very accommodating. He even made a pit stop for us to withdraw more cash from the ATM. We felt very safe with him!

  This team is first class! I was picked up on time and the communication beforehand was excellent. We had a late arrival at the Augustin Sandino airport in Managua, so it was very comforting with the excellent pre-arrival communication they provided to know who was picking us up and to feel sure that there would be no glitches. I forgot to book an airport transfer going home and in a pinch, they had a large vehicle to fit our party (and my golf clubs)! Definitely one of the most communicative and professional services I have used in my travels.

  Reservation said it was for pick up and drop off and company said it was only for one way. To be honest not great value for money. Other shuttle operators offer more options.

  We made the hike on the Mistic Hanging Bridges Tour. We booked on the Viator website a daytour with the Arenal 1968 hike before lunch and the Hanging Bridges hike in the afternoon. This tour was done with Ecoterra, and our guide Francisco. We were very happy about this decision and Francisco showed us e.g. a Mossy Mantis, a baby tarantula, a tiny blue jeans frog, a poisonous yellow snake on a leave below a Hanging Bridge, a pair of tucans and together we spotted some other creatures. He was equipped with a professional camera and because of this he could take pictures even when dawn was coming up. Finally he transferred his pictures on our cell phones and my wife and me were dropped off at our hotel. Pls make sure that all your important issues for a daytour will be covered by the agency and their tour operator. All in all, we very very glad about our booking and we highly recommend the agency, the tour operator the their tour guide Francisco !

  Our family had an outstanding experience at Hanging Bridges. The area was stunningly beautiful and our guide was incredibly good at pointing out things we never would've seen on our own. He was very engaging and shared lots of great info with us. I'm so sorry that it's been a few months and I can't remember his name! Overall, a superb experience.

  Amazing rain forest scenery, lots of animals to see and the bridges are breath taking.. Alejandro was our tour guide and was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area and so friendly. He took extra time to help my wife how was very afraid of heights and made her experience wonderful.
