  If you plan on doing this solo, don’t I’ll call beforehand to make sure they can accommodate me as me being by myself. They said they could and then when I got there, I couldn’t even kayak

  Since we are tourists we do not know very well the locations there, we were at the EXACT time agreed on the place, there was a booth armed with a counter but there was no one, we walked 2 blocks ahead, asking in each place we saw, we reached the lake and in the lake a person X told us they should go to the agency this one corner, already for this was 6:10, the activity was at 6, when we discovered all this and arrived at the agency premises, no one helped us, no one was fazed, they just did not care and said already kayaks came out and are in the lake ask for a refund for the page, they do not care anything, or look for another possible alternative, terrible service do not give importance to their clients

  If I could give this a zero star I would. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! they calmed me and ask could we move the 7pm excursion to 9. I had dinner plans and everything. When I went down there it was ghost town. I spent $240 for nothing. What a waste of money. They never replied to my text and now I’m out of money. These kind of people should be arrested

  I was really looking forward to this bioluminescent kayak tour, but unfortunately it wasn’t as enjoyable as I expected. The biggest issue was that the lights in the kayak failed several times. Since it was very dark out, working lights would have made a huge difference and allowed us to better see and appreciate the bay and the bioluminescence. Without them, the experience felt limited and underwhelming. At one point, I was personally pulled out and brought back by the overseer, which disrupted the flow of the tour and made things feel disorganized. On top of that, we were overcharged even after already paying through Viator, which was frustrating and unexpected. Overall, the concept has a lot of potential, but the equipment was not up to par for what’s being advertised. I can understand now why they emphasize that the tour is nonrefundable. The experience doesn’t quite meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless significant improvements are made.
