5.00Edgar was fantastic! He picked us up from our place, gave us a very informative and entertaining ride to the jungle, and showed incredible knowledge and enthusiasm for the animal and plant life in the jungle. We even saw a tapir, jaguar sign, and the largest toad I’ve ever seen!

5.00Our two families of 5 teenagers and 4 adults went on a night hike with Edgar. From the minute he picked us up, he was full of positive energy, interesting facts and humour. He took great care of us. We felt like we had a true adventure. We saw a few really interesting creatures and plants, but for the most part we were walking in mud, listening to his commentary and encouragement. We saw a couple of grey foxes, a vine snake, many wolf spiders and leaf cutter ants, two cane toads (very cool and kind of hilarious), and a tarantula. He also showed us how to use a plant called jackass bitters to heal some bug bites from earlier in our week. Edgar is a very knowledgeable and fun guide who really cares for his clients. We would highly recommend him to visitors who want a great experience!

5.00An amazing night hike experience at Cockscomb! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the jungle come alive after dark. The reservation process was quick and easy with Hamerlin, which made everything stress-free. Overall, a fantastic tour and a great company to use when visiting Placencia.
