Hoia Baciu forest near Cluj-Napoca is a seemingly quiet woodland that became famous in 1968 when a UFO was photographed right above it. After that, strange lights were spotted at night and inexplicable energy was recorded in the area. Even the vegetation looks weird in some parts and some say it's haunted, with paranormal activity. Let's go on a night tour to see it!
The tour is not supposed to be scary, it is a presentation tour. But part of the presentation is also a list of the inexplicable things.

5.00Alex was awesome. Super knowledgeable about every detail of the forest and his country of Romania. The experience was so unique, it was the seasons first snow and the moon was high and bright and illuminated the whole forest without the need of flashlights or headlamps. It was cold, with snow and fogg which added to the mystique of the forest. You can tell Alex is very passionate about what he does and picking his brain was the best part. Thanks for a great experience!

5.00Loved loved loved this tour! Alex is such a great story teller and this experience made it so fun to learn about Romanian folklore! Alex was also very accomodating as our plane faced a delay causing us to miss our original reservation. This tour was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had! Definitely book if you are interested in the paranormal.
