Activities quality price really top. 2 Very good and responsive group guides. One in English and one in Spanish. Schedule adhered to, I really recommend it.

Pleasant day, comfortable bus, prepared guide but perhaps a little hasty in explaining the places. Recommended

Erik the tour guide was one of the friendliest tour guides I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. I’ve been to countless countries and countless tours around the world, but Erik was so genuine and really cared about the tour group. It’s a great way to see outside of the major cities in Japan and some of the places we explored were beyond words. Well worth the price and amount of time, but I think we were also lucky as it was not so busy. I think in busier seasons it’s harder to see as much due to the crowds delaying things. So if you’re travelling during the peak tourist season, you may not get as much out of the tour as you would at quieter times.

If you're in Tokyo long enough, Nikko is a must-see day trip. Amigo Tours, and our guide Tomas, were excellent and easy to work with. The stops were all nice and, though it was a long day of travel, it didn't feel like it. Would definitely recommend.

Only managed to get to the shrine and bridge due to the driver taking a different route than the company recommended leading us stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until 1pm! The guides spoke very little japanese so was a language barrier between them and the driver. The guides where also very annoyed they had to contact their company to contact the driver directly to get him to stop for a break as 3.5 hours in the drive no stop and the driver wanted to continue another 40 mins! But the guides did keep their patience with everyone when we found out via text the other tour bus had arrived at the stops. It was very disappointing that we had to spend 6 hours on the bus to get to the shrine, spend less time there, miss the free time in the city, miss the waterfall and miss the lake. It was a complete waste of a day! It was poorly organsied and while the guides where in constant contact with the company, the company wouldn't tell them if we would get a refund or not for wasting a day and missing majority of the stops that was in the description of the tour. I can not fault the guides for the situation they where put it and the way they handled it, just annoying the driver took the different route causing the whole day to be waste.
