5.00For the first time, we took our family to Hanoi and wanted to play easily, so we decided to find a day trip plan, we have to book a trip with lily’s travel, so Ningping also directly sought to serve our Xavia & Amy arrangements, Xavia & Amy gave us a lot of plans, so we can choose according to the budget or the trip, and the day Xavia & Amy was also careful to ask if we sat on the shuttle, and after the trip also cared about how we played.

They stayed in contact with us the whole time, always available, and kept us informed and guided at every step , from tickets to transfers, hotels, and airport pickups. 5.00Lily's travel made the planning of my Hanoi trip very easy. They worked with all tour providers and arravged all the dropoff and pickups. I did 2 day trips to ha long Bay and Ninh Binh as well as 2 night trip to Sapa. I worked with an agent over Whatsapp initially and then when I finally arrived in Hanoi, I went to their office and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cjay was assigned to me as 24x7 contact and I kid you not he really was available almost every time despite the time difference. He was very patient with the questions and always helped as much as possible. I’ll highly recommend using Lily’s travel for your travel bookings.

5.00Very good tour. Well organised and punctual. Food was very good and our tour guide, Lin, was knowledgable and funny. The cycling experience could have been longer but other than that, it was perfect!
We enjoyed the trip thoroughly.

5.00The tour was organised meticulously by Mr. CJay. Our guide Mr. Doan took us through the history of Ninh Binh which also happened to be his birth place. Lunch was also nice.

5.00Excellent travel agent! Discussed various options in their office and settled on a 3 day itinerary, which I unfortunately wasn't able attend. Even though it should have been unrefundable/untransferable, the staff (in particular Po and CJay!) went above and beyond to get me onto a Ninh Bình day trip on a day when I could go. Definitely recommend!

5.00We completed the trip we booked to Hanoi, Sa Pa, Lan Ha, Ninh Binh, Hue, Da Nang, and Hoi An with Lily's Travel Agency last week, and it was a complete success. I would like to highlight the management of the entire trip by the team led by Cjay. You feel fully supported and receive an immediate response via phone or WhatsApp. In our case, they had to make changes on the fly due to the rains and rising tides, but they accommodated the changes immediately. Highly recommended: trekking in Sa Pa with Mama Mao, the overnight train trips to Lao Cai, Lan Ha Bay, and the spectacular Hoi An and Ninh Binh. In addition, Hanoi has facilities for resting and showering between checkout and the next trip. Many thanks to Cjay and the entire Lilys team for their professionalism and the joy they bring to their work.
