  We had an incredible experience booking our customized trip to Ninh Binh and the Incense Village! The agency tailored the itinerary and timing perfectly to fit our schedule and preferences. Throughout the planning process, they were very attentive to all our queries and completely open to our suggestions. On top of the amazing service, the pricing was excellent and offered great value.The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish.   Great organization, very kind and helpful people. They allowed us to use the company's headquarters for the logistics of our large team. They also helped with things that were not their responsibility at all. I warmly recommend this wonderful team to everyone! We will be back next year!

  Weather was very hot still We enjoyed our trip with Lily's.We had good experience with the advisor in planning the whole trip.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience with Lily’s Travel during our Vietnam trip! Everything was perfectly organized, from hotels and transfers to tours and activities. The itinerary was well planned and allowed us to explore some of the most beautiful places in Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh.   We had a wonderful experience with Lily’s Travel while arranging activities for the first part of our trip. From start to finish, Mina and Po were attentive, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they handled all the planning and logistics so well that we could simply focus on enjoying our holiday. Mina in particular was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel genuinely looked after. One gesture we especially appreciated was her organising a place for us to freshen up, shower, and grab some snacks before we continued travelling. The level of care and hospitality we received truly stood out, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Lily’s Travel again or recommend them to others.

  Mina Po was incredibly helpful with the booking and assistance of this tour. She provided us with guidance and instructions for every step. We booked ha long bay, Ninh bin and the ha giang loop and we were very well assisted through every step of each tour, with no confusion at all. All services were excellent and Mina app was always on hand to respond to any queries we had on WhatsApp. Thank you so much Mina! Highly recommend booking with lilys travel for a seamless travel experience in Vietnam, it took a lot of pressure of the planning and was very good value for money!!

  We had an amazing experience on our Vietnam trip! The Fansipan hike was unforgettable, and Mr. Lu was a fantastic guide. He was very friendly, helpful, and cooked delicious dishes for us during the trek. We really want to say thank you to him for making the experience so special. We also really enjoyed the Ninh Binh tour. Chris provided a very professional guiding service throughout the whole trip and made everything smooth and enjoyable. Lan Ha Bay was another highlight of our journey. We loved exploring Viet Hai Village — it was such a peaceful and pleasant place with beautiful scenery and a relaxing atmosphere. We want to thank Ms Annie(sales) and Ms Quella (customer support) for all the support given’s and fast responses to all our concerns and questions.
