At approximately 2:00 pm, we will leave Jaisalmer by jeep. We will visit two monuments on the way to the dunes then travel to camel point. From here, you will take the camel ride into the desert around one hour or more and see the sunset with a cup of tea. Each person will have their own camel.
After sunset, dinner will be prepared on the campfire. The food is cooked fresh in front of you. Food includes dal, mixed vegetables, rice and chapati. You will relax on the dunes or join the camel drivers while cooking the Dinner
You will sleep overnight in the desert underneath the stars. The next morning after breakfast, you have the option of going on another camel ride. We will return to Jaisalmer by Jeep around 10:30am.

As we are doing a non-touristic safari, there are no bathrooms in the desert. To use a toilet, you have to find a bush.

5.00We had a really great and authentic night camel safari experience in Jaisalmer, which was an unforgettable memory thanks to our excellent team. Our driver and guide, Fatan, was professional and trustworthy, knowledgeable and comfortable and interesting throughout the journey to the desert. He played a role more than just driving and told many useful stories while he was on the go. The highlight of this experience was an unforgettable time spent with our host, Sambo, who took great care of us. Sambo is proficient in handling camels, making the camel trekking experience comfortable and fun. In particular, after riding he showed an amazing hospitality and prepared a delicious traditional dinner in the desert camp. His cuisine combined with a peaceful atmosphere under the stars gave a perfect evening. I highly recommend this non-touristic safari experience and sincerely thank you for the excellent service and kindness of Fatan and Sammu.

5.00Most of the safaris proposed in Jaisalmer are big group proposals and you cannot really find any good recommandations anywhere. We wanted a friendly personnal experience. Bhawani has the first shop on the left After the Jaisalmer gates and we spent one hour with him negotiating different garments. The trust but up and he offered to organize for us exactly what we were looking for. We trusted him and that was a good choice. Fatan, the jeep driver, from a nomad and agricultural family took us ~60km outside of Jaisalmer, explaining as we were going everything from tradition to nature, then drop us to a very nice camel driver with who we reached the sand dunes with nobody around, the silent and noise of the desert only. Both Fatan and the camel driver organized a very nice evening, dîner... And a night in the desert falling asleep under the beautiful full Moon. Morning wake up early with the sun raising and the taste of the masala chai... Very nice experience, highly recommended if you are looking for some desert authenticity. Thank you.

5.00Had the best non-touristic experience with the guides of the Thar Saga. Felt like we truly got to see how people live on a day to day basis in the desert. Our guides were soooo sweet. Had really nice conversations with them but yet they still gave us our space to truly enjoy the experience. The whole 24 hour trip went by wayyy too fast🥲 we would have loved to stay a little longer. And hear more stories about cursed villages, naughty camels, and how to survive in sand storms. Definitely recommend!!!

5.00If you want to go on a small adventure and have a one time experience, to sleep under the stars, to wake up with the first light and to be in the fresh air the entire trip and not to forget to ride a camel, you should do the trip. The desert safari gives you time to settle down and to enjoy everything nature has to offer, to see the sunset behind the vast landscape, that is covered with the sand dunes, while having a cup of masala tea or a cold beer. We did the two nights three days Safari which Bhavani plans for us. Before we went on the Safari, we met with him and told him what we want and he made it possible. If you have any special wishes you just have to let him know and he will try his best to fulfill those wishes. He really want you to he happy and to have a good experience. The 3 days were like a dream, Sambu the Camel Guide who accompanied us put in much effort to give us the luxury that one can only expect in a desert. He was very kind and caring and a great tea maker. All in all, it was amazing experience and very friendly people that made us feel very welcome.

5.00Great tour, away from mass tourism and other travelers. Bhavani and team cook authentic Rajasthani food in the desert, super delicious! Stories and insights into the lives of local people included. Staying on camp beds under the starry sky was fantastic and comfortable. We had a great time and constantly recommend the tour to friends and colleagues.
