5.00We traveled with a small group of 6 total, and went to 2 of the Normandy beaches and the American Cemetary. It was excellent. Our guide was full of so much information and taught us so much. He took time at each site to give us the full story and experience.

1.00The guide was inexperienced and did not have presentation skills. He spoke so soft we could not hear him and didn't increase volume when we said we couldn't hear. He had no command of group and seemed to just recite some facts at each place. No animated stories like we heard from other guides we ended up listening to. I am asking for a refund for the first time from viator after using them for years.

5.00Wally led a very interesting tour of Omaha Beach explaining details of the geography, weather, bunkers, and planning strategy of both the allied and axis sides. Wally had a highly energetic and enthusiastic tone. I liked that Wally explained the origin of the five key beaches.
