Itinerary arrangements are reasonable. We wish to stay longer in Durmitor though. Lunch is amazing, one of the best meal we had in our trip. Driver is skilled and the tour guide is careful and professional.

It is a wonderful experience, but it is a long day. If you have more time, break it up into more than one day, and one tour. The tour itself was well run and the driver and guide Nina were excellent. The resturants that we stopped at for breakfast and lunch were just ok and a bit overpriced. I felt like we could have skipped the first stop at Perast seeing as how there was no time to go out to the Lady of the Rocks. It was disappointing that the Tara canyon Bridge was under repair, and not very photogenic. The monostary was amazing, and that alone made the tour worthwhile.

Wow! This was an incredible trip, made all the better by our brilliant guide Slavco and excellent driver Deud (spelling? Sorry!) The tour allowed us a good amount of time for each stop - some fairly quick photo stops for Salt Lake and Our Lady of the Rocks, and then longer at places like Black Lake and Ostrog Monastery. Slavco shared some wonderful stories, history and personal tales with us, bringing the sights to life with moving stories of miracles, inspired monks and his daughter's love of cats. He clearly has a real passion for his country and he shared the information in a way that made you feel like you got a sneak peek into what life is like In Montenegro away from the tourist areas. He also shared insights into some of the eco friendly initiatives that are in place in the country, which are very impressive and smart use of natural resources. Overall an incredible trip, with a thoughtful amount of stops, plenty of opportunity for toilet breaks (avoid national park squat toilets!) and wonderful insights from the guide. It is a long day and we travelled around 440km, but our driver was fantastic, smooth and calm the whole way, even up the crazy winding road to the monastery we felt totally safe!

The tour started on time, and the transportation was comfortable. However, if you are traveling as a pair, seating together is not guaranteed since they use a van for the trip. The driver was skilled and handled the narrow, steep roads well. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to answer questions immediately. However, most explanations were only given inside the car, and I wish the guide had accompanied us at the locations while explaining the sites. It would also have been good to remind passengers to wear seat belts for safety because some roads were quite steep. The viewpoints were scenic, but the highlight of the tour was definitely Durmitor National Park and the monastery, which were both memorable and beautiful. The food stops were also very good. The price was reasonable for the distance traveled, but personally, I did not feel it was fully worth spending almost the whole day in the car while only having limited time at the lake and monastery. I wish we had more time at the lake to enjoy it properly. Overall, I would rate this tour 3 stars mainly because of the beauty of Durmitor National Park and the monastery. If your main goal is to fully enjoy the lake, it may be better to stay there for a full day instead of visiting it as part of a long road trip.

It was a long day but we got to see another beautiful part of Montenegro. Prepare to sit in the car a lot but it was worth it, and to be expected. Tour guide was good. It is one of the popular tour in Montenegro and we were glad we joined this tour.

Long, but amazing day full of important highlights. Extremely well organized. Igor and driver were welcoming and wonderful. If your limited on time and want a taste of the north, this is the perfect trip.

A nice excursion with Milo that allows you to discover northern Montenegro with a special mention at Black Lake in Durmitor and at breakfasts and lunches. Nevertheless, a very great frustration at the short time given to the monastery of Ostrog (30 minutes). We were not able to visit it entirely and had to leave it at the running pace at the time of prayer, which created a very great discomfort ... On the other hand, far too much time spent at Tara Bridge which is currently under construction and therefore really does not deserve the more than 45 minutes spent on site looking at scaffolding ... and few stops along the way, if only to observe the beautiful Sano Lake (no stop when it was planned).

Milos was a fantastic tour guide, constantly telling fun stories, giving great local information and giving us plenty of time to explore each location. Highly entertaining & enough stops on the tour to never make it feel like you were on the coach too long. Great spot for breakfast and lunch too. Still waiting for Paolo …
