3.00Perfect boat.. perfect staff...the artists and animators at the top, I wouldn't say as much about the direction that diverted us from our last destination Oslo , really extremely disappointed the reason was maybe real but two days and two nights at sea without being able to warn the relatives because total refusal to offer wifi for the last two days... lamentable when you see the prices they charge for excursions and other. pity ,I come back with a little bitterness from this cruise so I dream.

5.00From the minute we arrived and were greeted by our friendly captain to the moment we left, this was a top notch experience. The boat was beautiful, the safety equipment was up to date and we had a great time. There was plenty of room on the deck for everyone to watch the northern lights and the interior was comfortable for warming up. We had a great time and would definitely do it again.

1.00Canceled by the tour captain one hour before the trip. With no prior warning or information. When we called to ask where should we arrive to board the luxury catamaran, was told the trip is canceled because of bad weather and whole day they could not locate us to inform despite having our email and contact number. Terribly disappointing, Do not recommend this booking at all.

5.00This tour was wonderful. The catamaran was nice and well appointed with a small amount of people that did not feel crowded. Outerwear was also provided. We were able to see the northern lights for multiple hours and snap great photos. Our guide, Arno, was super friendly and knowledgeable as well.
A wonderful experience with beautiful views of Tromsø, with or without the northern lights!

5.00Our skipper Clement made our trip very memorable! Cloud conditions meant we were unable to see the northern lights, but Clement kept on trying to find a hole through the clouds and is a very talented marine biologist, photographer and is involved with incredible non-profits, he gave us a lot of very interesting information about the local area which made the trip memorable even without the lights. The boat is great too, we still got to see Tromsø from a whole different point of view, and it was beautiful. If you go with the expectation of having a great boat trip, and the lights showing up are just a bonus, you will have a wonderful time. Thanks!
