Over 90% of our customers have caught the Auroras last 5 years. During the tour you learn the basics of Aurora hunting so that you can also hunt them down by yourself for example if going further North. We provide also possibility for photoshootings when Auroras caught.

What To Expect
We pick you up from Kemi or Haparanda-Tornio hotels/stations and drive 15-30 min to suitable Aurora spot(s). We check the sky, moon, stars and Auroras when they occur. We teach you the best practices for catching the Northern Lights. Possibility also for photoshootings with the Auroras when they occur. Past years 2021 - 2024 we reached the level that over 90% of our Hunt and Chase groups caught the Auroras during their visit in Lapland and same level has also continued during 2025. Our unique expertise is based on persistent research of the Auroras and the apps predicting the occurrence of Northern Lights in specific regions. We also finetune the starting times and even recommend our customers to cancel with full refund those Hunts and Chases when the chances are too low for catching the Greens. Please note that the Aurora Borealis / Northern Lights are natural phenomenon and therefore sighting cannot be guaranteed. We communicate on Hunts and Chases via Whatsapp. Happy Hunting!

5.00This was our first ever time seeing the Aurora. It was amazing snd surreal. Our guide was really really good, friendly, cooperative and made sure we got best views. He was kind enough to also stop again when we spotted the aurora again while driving back. Overall, great value for money. Door to door pick-up and drop, great communication. Also the pictures and videos were the highlight.

2.00I am using this link to provide feedback about the same company, but this time regarding a tour from Oulu with Jeremias for the three of us. Whilst we do not doubt Jeremias's sincerity and good intensions, the tour did not unfold as we hoped. When I booked the tour, I emailed the company and the instructor, Marko, to let them know that it would be two adults and our 7‑year‑old son. However, when Jeremias arrived to pick us up from the hotel, he came in his personal Tesla, with his father sitting in the front passenger seat. As a result, the three of us had to squeeze into the back with our thick winter clothing and jackets. The car heating was not on because it was said to drain the battery. Considering the outside temperature was below –15°C, that we had a child with us, and that the tour cost £300, this did not feel like a considerate or professional decision. The moment we entered the car, a strong cigarette smell made our son feel sick — Jeremias’ father had been smoking just before we got in. I explained this to Jeremias, and we had to keep the window open for fresh air so that our son would not vomit. During the hot‑drink stop, both Jeremias and his father smoked again, and when we returned to the car, it smelled strongly of cigarettes once more. Although the skies were clear and we could see the aurora belt approaching, Jeremias struggled to find a viewing spot without artificial light. He began driving down small dirt‑road tracks to improve our chances. Unfortunately, at that point our son could no longer hold his nausea and vomited in the back seat. This understandably caused panic, as the car now smelled of both vomit and cigarette smoke. We spent about 20–30 minutes at a petrol station, where my husband had to clean the seat himself. Afterwards, we drove back to Oulu with religious music playing in the background, which added to the overall discomfort. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience. For the £300 we paid, the tour felt unprofessional, poorly managed, and unsuitable — especially for a child.

5.00We were contacted on the day of departure, and yet everything went very well! We were only a small group, which made the experience very pleasant. We were lucky to see several northern lights! Our guide, Timo, was very attentive to alerts and very enthusiastic when we found them, which made the experience even better! We loved our time spent in the cold, thank you!

5.00Very good organized, nice guide Timo. He visted two Locations with us and we saw the lights 😃😃😃. The tour lasted about 4 Hours and Timo helped us whererver he could.

5.00After only 1 hour drive to Sweden, we saw our first dawn. First shy then in an explosion of colors! Beautiful! Effective! Very well heated bus and friendly guides! Too bad there were so many people (we were two buses with 50+ 20 seats that followed each other) and the respect of others is unfortunately not in everyone An experience to live anyway at least once!
