Paul is a good tour guide, I will change the parking lot, the parking lot is absolutely no problem, but unfortunately the end because the weather is not good so cancelled, but she has to provide another day of good weather for us, and will provide the best viewing location, super polite, quick response, I believe that if you do, she will definitely be good for guests 👏🏻😊

From pickup to drop-off, our tour guide Mr. Paul was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organised, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience. He was incredibly patient, kind, and shared so many interesting facts about Finland along the way, which made the whole night even more special. He even flexed the start time to later and drove over 100 km to find us clear skies, maximizing our chances of seeing the northern lights. Thanks to his effort (and a bit of luck), we got to watch the lights for nearly two hours, which was truly unforgettable. He also used specialised apps to track and find the best viewing spots, which made a huge difference. The private tour was very comfortable as well, with a nice modern vehicle. Paul made sure we had the best possible experience, he was amazing at taking photos, guiding us on exactly where to stand, and making sure everyone got the perfect shot. On the drive there, he treated us to Finnish chocolate, and while we were outside under the lights, he served a lovely warm blueberry tea, which made the whole experience even more cosy and memorable. He also sent the photos and videos promptly in the morning, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well organised, fun, and truly special experience. Paul was amazing, and we highly recommend him!

I would avoid of this Northern Lights tour. They eventually gave a full refund due to weather, but the process was shady and misleading. I am sure if the tour could have happened it would have been good, just don't expect guarantee with this operator during poor conditions. Title promises "Guaranteed & Refund Policy," but my 40km option apparently didn't qualify. I was told instead I had to pick another product to qualify for the guarantee and a partial refund. On the day of I reched out about the poor local conditions, they suggested paying more to reschedule (when I asked about the following day) or take a "goodwill" 60% refund like it was a favor. We booked for the guarantee, but be advised they don't really have one. There are many other Viator and local options that are likely better. In fact every operator I have used and meet (prior to this) in town have been very friendly and trustworthy.

We had a great time with Louise, who introduced us to beautiful places, and gave us lots of exciting information about the Northern Lights and life in Finland, and lots of great tips for our stay in Lapland. Even though the clouds were stronger than the dawn that evening, we enjoyed this experience very much, and we highly recommend it!

Paul took us by car to several locations he had already considered would have the best chance of sightings of the Northern Lights. He is knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and where we could see the maximum amount of horizon. We stopped several times as we headed North East from Rovaniemi whenever we could see the aurora in front of us. Paul is also a photographer so doesn’t offer BBQ’s but instead uses an SLR type camera on a tripod to get the best photos. We were delighted with our trip and would recommend Paul to couples or families of up to 4 people who want a smaller experience than a larger one on a mini bus. Thank you Paul, it was a great night.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Northern Lights tour! We were taken to three different locations to give us the best possible chance of seeing the lights. Our guide, Paul, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he took amazing professional photos for us. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting — truly unforgettable from start to finish! 🌌✨

My friends and myself went to Finland for my birthday, I have had an amazing weekend, we booked Paul our guide for the Northern lights chase, Paul was a great host and guide, who captured some fantastic pictures for us, we travelled to 3 separate locations to chase the lights, we had a fantastic evening, freezing cold but utterly beautiful and an amazing experience, I highly recommend Paul for this experience, will definitely go back and do this again.

We had a private ride near Rovaniemi with 2 stops and walk. Thanks for a chat and opportunity to partial refund in cloudy weather conditions. Made many pictures and quickly visited Santa Claus village in the night as bonus
