5.00The tour was with Elena for the Aurora hunting (Northern Lights tour). It was incredible. She was very attentive, friendly and polite. Also very pro photographer. I lived one of the best nights of my life with Aurora hunting. Was very lucky to see the lights. Very good view. Lights were even dancing. I had amazing feeling watching the spectacle in the sky! Thank you so much Elena and Arctic GM. I recommend it very very much!

4.00On our first day in Rovaniemi, we joined an aurora tour, hoping to see the Aurora Goddess. The Kp index wasn’t very high, and there was fog at Santa Claus Village in the evening, making visibility low. The guide really tried to find the best spots with the company team. In the end, we got to an open area in Sweden and waited for the aurora. We were so happy to see it! Although it wasn't a spectacular display, but we did catch some moments of the lights dancing across the sky. *Praise: The guide drove for four hours to Sweden and then another four hours back to take us to the hotel. he constantly communicated with the company team for updates on the best Aurora viewing spots. We got back to the hotel around 5am, and we really appreciate his hard work and the effort from the Arctic GM team. *Improvements: The guide could have been more proactive in gathering the group, as it took a while to get everyone together. It would have been quicker if he had communicated directly with us.

5.00Incredibly, we saw the Northern Lights for the first time. Very good experience. Very nice guide and with a good herbal tea to warm us up. Very nice pictures offered. Pick up at the hotel punctual, excellent follow up by WhatsApp for preparation as well as after the experience for sending photos. We highly recommend this experience with Artic GM.
