5.00I had an amazing experience with this aurora tour! The staff were very professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were incredibly lucky to witness a stunning aurora outburst that lit up the entire sky — it was absolutely breathtaking. What made the night even more special was how the guides shared fascinating stories and scientific knowledge about the northern lights, which made the experience both fun and educational. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Yellowknife. It was truly a night to remember!

5.00Very well organized and well worth the money! I was informed beforehand that I would be picked up from my hotel later than was scheduled to increase the possibility of catching the Northern Lights. Our group was taken to three different locations and we witnessed a spectacular Aurora Borealis that night. The tour guide was informative, accommodating and took many professional photos of anyone from the group who wanted it. We were also given Aurora Borealis postcards and a discount coupon for a gift! One small tip: Please ensure that there are variety of drinks and snacks that cater to different dietary requirements. I’d highly recommend this tour and our sweet tour guide Kim to anyone.

3.00It rained essentially all day, then it was mostly cloudy all evening and night. Should consider canceling or partial refund when chances of seeing Northern Lights are effectively zero.

5.00Good. Kota. · Our guide was so cheerful and fun to visit the Northern Lights. We enjoyed the English Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and also we were very happy to see Aurora on our last night. ・There are many places where there is a fee to take photos, but the price is included in the tour, so I was glad that many of them also took photos and sent me photos by email after the tour. ・Cocoa and cookies were delicious. There were some things below that were not good, but overall it was good. Bad things. ・Any last-minute notification of a change in meeting time ・The bus arrived 5 to 10 minutes late for the meeting time

5.00It was a great tour. Very well organized. Both our tour girl Pei and the driver (sorry I forgot his name) were so nice to all of us, very considerate for our convenience and safety. Pick ups was prompt and accurate. We were treated nicely and warmly even the weather was terribly cold. We had 3 stops, all with good timing. We saw wonderful aurora shows. Pei took many wonderful pictures for everyone. She's very knowledgeable, informative and professional. She even taught us how to use a tool to monit aurora at home. So appreciate their hard works. Strongly recommend this company!
