1.00This was literally a huge rip off! We arrive at 7:00 and board and 15 min goes by we ask what’s the hold up they say we need more people and we replied that’s not our problem refund us. They then say we have 2 people in the bathroom so 5 min we would go. Another 15 minutes goes by at this point I call Trip Advisor and request a refund which they transferred me to one of the guys that were there who stated were leaving in just a few minutes the 2 people will be right here. So he hands us earphones to hear the detailed tour! We take off and there was no detailed tour just 3 short NY tunes on replay the whole time. There was supposed to be Statue of Liberty tour included there was none! This is a total SCAM and waste of money Definitely not at all worth the hype - it was a short bus ride only a huge rip off from what they advertised we paid for! We requested a refund still waiting before disputing with credit card.

1.00Honestly the negative reviews were right. The audio never worked and we left an hour after said time. The guys are gross venders and they don’t care about cleaning the bus.

3.00This was a nice bus ride through the city. Got to see China town, empire state building, and some other attractions. Definetly worth the price we paid. Only criticism is that the tour included audio about the sites, and that audio was poorly timed, didn't make sense to where we were, and was repeated in different areas. It was confusing.
Not worth saving on this operator or getting free boat tour

1.00So it was painful, they rode us on the bus and we were an hour of clock waiting, then they change buses, they put the audio guide only with music, after a while we heard the voice accelerated for a while, another time in another language, they describe the passage over the bridge of brooklyn that we did not get to pass, we ended up stopping and they do not tell us that we are finished.Total disaster.Also waiting at the stop they offered the tour for $19, something that seemed unserious.
We didn’t pass by everything that was listed.

3.00We never got close to the Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial and a few other locations. Only reason why I bought these tickets. Now being to New York for the first time, these locations are pretty far away Midtown, but don’t advertise that we will pass by all of these places. We go to see the 3 inch tall Statue of Liberty from the Manhattan Bridge. If I would’ve known that is how the tour would be, I would’ve found a better tour or just taken a taxi to those locations.
