5.00Helena is a very friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and considerate tour guide. It was very interesting and informative to hear about the history of Singapore from its pre-colonial era up to and including WWII. I would definitely recommend Helena and the tour. Note this tour does not get into the Battlebox and use insect repellent and wear suitable clothing to protect against mosquitoes as you walk around a lot of grassy areas.

5.00It is fantastic, probably because our Guide Helena was so passionate about History and included all five people into the stories. There were 3 Aussie, another couple were British & and American gent. It was hot & humid so she stopped in shade as much as possible & found seating so we could relax & listen. She covered so much of the 13 centuries of Singapore history. We knew so little apart from the Aussie involvement. She was also thoughtful for the fact my wife had low sight. She was passionate about Singapore & her role in telling others We loved it , and Her. She found out it was my wife's birthday & our wedding anniversary & we even got a hug!! Dou your self & favour & do the tour & hope you get Helena. Col & Gael

5.00This walking tour had so much more to it than I expected. I was expecting a tour of a fort and it's history, but what I got was an entire history of Singapore! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour exciting and very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00It's a fascinating history and great content to appreciate how Singapore got to where it is. The guide was very thorough, friendly, and attentive. The instructions to find the group were very precise, and the tour lasted about 2.5 hours. Bring water, fans, and a hat, as it's mostly outdoors, though there are many shady spots and a welcomed AC break halfway through. I highly recommend this tour, but it’s hot and humid on the island!

5.00A lovely and interesting walking tour of Fort Canning, part of Singapores history. Wee was an awesome guide which made the tour very informative and interesting. Singapore is hot so make sure you take some water with you, although you can buy it there also

5.00This tour kept me engaged throughout - not just the military component that I knew I'd find interesting, but also the more general history of Singapore and even the botannical information! Helena was amazing and knew how to convey her encyclopaedic knowledge to best effect. Highly recommended!
