1.00We boomed this last minute for a friend who had never been to NYC. She was excited to see Central Park. We arrived 30 mins early and had to ask a ton of people where to check in. The ride was supposed to start at noon and it was almost 12:20 before we were picked up due to an earlier group being late for their ride. They promised we would get extra time at the end of the ride but we were dropped off 25 minutes after the original pick up time. That is no where near the 55 mins promised on the website booking. They were happy to keep the full payment amount though, I guess. 🙄driver was very kind but the company seems to be ripping people off. Beware of booking it online.

5.00What a great experience! We arrived a half hour early and our carriage driver took us with no problem. Very hospitable and knowledgeable of the history of Central Park. He even kept my mother in law company while my fiance walked around and took pictures! Overall, great little break outside the hustle and bustle of the city!
