  My husband and I scheduled this activity, looking forward to seeing Old San Juan. Two days prior to our trip, we had a medical emergency and had to cancel everything. We informed Viator immediately and were told they would contact the vendor tol let them know. They did not- not even after two phone calls. The vendor sent a confirmation that we were still coming and we informed them of our emergency, since Viator did not. We called Viator a 3rd time, and received an assurance of the cancellation. A follow-up email was received, stating that because we didn’t show,we would not receive a refund. They claimed that they called me, which was a lie. DO NOT trust this vendor. Do not trust Viator.

  This was a wonderful experience. We had a friend with an injured ankle who could not walk well, and this tour allowed us to see many parts of OSJ that would have been otherwise inaccessible. We learned so much about Puerto Rico, San Juan, and the people who have lived here for generations. The golf cart had seatbelts and armrests, so we felt secure over the uneven streets. Our tour guide was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this tour!

  It was awesome that I didn't have to walk long and steep hills and still visualize & enjoy the history of Old San Juan. The tour guide let us get out and see the beauty of historic sites.

  Pick up location was exact. The tour guide communicated with me via text prior arrival. The tour guide Chris is very knowledgeable about Puerto Rico history. Great tour for anyone with mobility issues.

  Chris was a great tour guide. He was super personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and made the whole experience fun and interesting. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Definitely recommend!

  Your vehicle did not hold 6 people as I was told by Luis Vasquez. Misrepresented. Waited long time to pick up. They even delayed our 11 Am tour until 12:30 pm.i booked this 6 months in advance We lost 1/2 day of other sightseeing because of your wanting to squeeze another before us 2 carts- had to split our party. The operator “? Brandy” stopped to solicit other people to hop on her cart when we paid for that hour. Water was not offered to that couple with Brandy. Told this to Chris our guide and he said had no control over that. He’s just doing a tour That was unacceptable very brief informative tour. Would not recommend this tour. We’ve done many Viator tours this was worst. Would like our money back. Very disappointed! Did not really get a good feeling of old San Juan

  My family and I had an amazing time exploring Old San Juan on the golf carts! The cart was comfortable, accommodating six of us (2 adults/4 children). Chris did a great job talking through all the history of San Juan and gave us time to pause and relax several times. Biggest highlight was the chapel and La Perla.
