Easy to book and communication was great. Easy to find meeting place. Our tour guide Joanna was on time and we started promptly. The tour lasted as planned around 3 1/2 hrs and we went to 8 different locations, Joanna was very good in explaining the history of the locations we went to. It was nice to support local family owned establishments. The food was varied and was just the right amount for this type of tour. Joanna was very flexible in making sure we all enjoyed our food experience and helping with substitutions in some cases. Highly recommend this tour and have absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely recommend it to others and a nice way also to see different area of town. Plenty of rest between the locations so a nice balance between walking and eating!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Original Downtown Tour. So informative, great eats and drinks and a great guide, Joanna! Our 5th tour with this company over the last few years. We try a different tour or two each year. Highly recommend! Small groups too which is nice.

We had such a great time on this tour. Every food stop was fantastic. Our tour guide Al was great and explained all the history of each stop as well as Puerto Vallarta. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who loves food and wants to experience the real Puerto Vallarta.

The price was excellent for the amount of food received. The quality of the food was great. They provided choices for the non fish lovers. The tour was 3 hours long with plenty of walking but at a good pace. All six of us loved the food. Would do this tour again as the restaurant s change.

Silvia was an amazing guide for this adventure. Thank God we walked the taco off as we went. Her personality made the experience top notch, from her food description, to the people serving us their family recipes this is a must do!!! Made it hard to even pick a top 3 at the end of the evening...

Jesús was an incredible tour guide. He even took us on a slight detour to make sure we got to see some iguanas along the way. Jesus informed us about the history of the area, of the food, and the culture. The food was delicious as well. We never felt rushed and he made sure to tailor our experience based on our likes and dislikes or restrictions.

Amazing experience—truly a taste of Jalisco at its finest! Our guide, Joana, was incredibly informative and upbeat, bringing each dish to life by explaining its role in everyday Mexican culture. We did have a small issue with cruise timing and the time difference in Puerto Vallarta, but Viator stayed in constant contact, and Joana went above and beyond by meeting us right at the cab. Everything was seamless despite the hiccup, and it made the experience even more memorable. I can’t wait to come back and do this again!
