Doi Inthanon National Park is Thailand’s highest mountain which is a true jewel of natural beauty, consisting of rugged mountainous terrain blanketed by lush tropical forests and majestic waterfalls. First, we stop at Wachirathan Waterfall, one of Inthanon’s most beautiful waterfalls. Then, we drive to hill tribe village where you can sample the mountain coffee and learn about the culture. If you visit Chiang Mai in August - November, you will see amazing views of Terraced Rice Fields. Next, we stop at Hmong hill tribe Market. After lunch, we drive to the highest peak to see incredible panoramic views. Then, we start a 2-hour trek ( about 3.2 kilometers) on Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail, this trail take you through the nature of the evergreen forest over the top of the highest peak of Thailand, see wildlife and rare plants on the walk way. Overlook the panoramic view from the open area where you can see mountains curtain all around. Finally, we visit twin pagodas.

5.00Nui was absolutely fantastic in every way! Great energy, extremely knowledgeable, led us through a fascinating adventure with jokes and tons of information, introducing us to herbal plants, flowers, and trees, meeting with the locals, and bringing delicious snacks and treats along the way. We all loved him so much, including my teenage kids! Highly highly recommend.

5.00Doi Inthanon was stunning, and having a great guide made this experience truly unforgettable. Faa gave us so much information on Thai history, culture, and nature, all delivered in perfect English. We had many questions and she was more than happy to answer all of them. She also paced the tour really well letting us linger in certain areas and speeding through or even skipping parts we were less interested in. Our driver was also excellent giving us a safe and comfortable ride. Overall this experience was expensive but worth the price to ensure that we had a great time in one of Thailand's tourism highlights.

5.00We had an excellent day at Doi Inthanon with our guide Noom. The nature trek was beautiful, and he provided great insight on so many things: the flora and fauna of the jungle, history of the people living in the region, the animals found in the jungle, etc. We also saw many other features of the mountain region, both cultural and physical. Noom also ensure we were well fed with local foods. All in all, a top experience!

5.00We did the elephant sanctuary + sticky waterfall one day and one of the Doi Inthanon tours a couple of days later. Noom was our guide for both and was fantastic. Really lovely guy, amazing with our young kids (even carried our 3 year old for parts of the trek) and really knowledgeable and interesting. Our driver was very friendly and safe too. Overall both trips were really fun and he was happy to tweak things in the itinerary to suit us. He also took about 200 amazing photos and sent them all to us (he’s a really good photographer too).

5.00An amazing experience. This private tour into the National Park was a highlight of our stay in Chiang Mai. Comfortable drive into the park to waterfalls and trek through the forest (trek was not too strenuous). Weather has potential to change in a flash so waterproofs and decent walking shoes advised. Although our guide was ready with the plastic poncho. Scenery was spectacular. Lunch at a hillside restaurant was expertly selected by our guide. We were able to see bananas, avocado, macadamia nuts, coffee beans, ginger, cinnamon, various fruits. Cannabis and rice all growing in their natural environment. Had the honour of visiting a local village and meeting the villagers. Highlight was visiting a coffee shop with coffee from the local beans. Another drive onto the highest point is Thailand and then to the pagodas built in honour of the king and queen. Finished with a short stop at a roadside market before a return to the city. Noom was perhaps the best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure of sharing some time with. His expertise, knowledge and professionalism were amazing, and all conducted in a relaxed manner with a smile. A must trip you are sure to enjoy. Thanks Noom

5.00Great guide: gobi Super guide specialized animals and treck: arm Super chauffeur: jon Very comfortable private van To doi Inthanon to take a beautiful walk with beautiful birds at 2546 m highest point of Thailand. Beware it can be cool: fog and 12 degrees for us in July. Then go through the pagodas which are quite beautiful too. Finally 2h trek downhill with elevation gain of 700 m rather easy to reach a Karen village and buy local crafts. Once again the guides are very kind and considerate and helps you discover this beautiful region. We wanted to see snakes and they were super-active in looking for them until we were rewarded with a beautiful green viper pit. Great day

5.00My wife and I came to Chiang Mai, Thailand as part of our honeymoon and decided to book this tour after hearing great reviews from our friends. First thing I'll say is that the tour was very well structured and we were fully taken care of from start to finish. We liked how it was a private tour, so we were able to go through the day at our own pace. The van was very nice and clean and picked us up directly from our hotel. We then had about a 1.5 hour ride to Doi Inthanon National Park where we first stopped at the majestic Wachirathan Waterfall. After a few pictures there, we went on a wonderful hiking trail. It was not too difficult of a hike, but make sure to bring the right shoes with good traction as there were a few hills. We were then given lunch at an authentic Thai spot with amazing views and then had the privilege of seeing a native Karen village and trying coffee from one of the first coffee producers in Thailand. It was all a very cool experience. We then went further up into the mountain to see the beautiful twin pagodas before we were taken back to our hotel. The second main point to highlight was how incredible our tour guide was. "Noom" was truly a professional and extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions we had about Thai culture and more. He spoke perfect English and he ensured we were satisfied and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Mr. Naan, the driver, was also great and nice, and he provided a smooth travel experience through the mountainous terrain. Overall, this was one of our favorite days of our whole Thailand trip and we are so thankful for Noom and AP Good at Travel for making the day so special.

5.00This is a review for Mr Nui, who was our guide for a half day tea plantation hour and one day Doi Inthanon plus trekking. Mr Nui is a wonderful guide. He is knowledgeable about the tour he is guiding. He would give a good background of the places we were to visit in advance which served as a good preparation to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes. He is also able to point out to the flora and fauna as we went along the tours which added more value to just the sights. He even could make the sounds of birds to attract them so we can see better. Mr Nui takes care of us very well. He is careful to note our likes and dislikes and orders meals that we enjoy. He even buys different snacks so we can enjoy a variety of local products. He would recommend places to shop or eat based on our preferences. Most importantly, Mr Nui is very patient. Even when we took a longer time to do the trekking, he never hurried us but ensured we were safe throughout. He even sent us to our dinner place as we were running late. Thank you, Mr Nui.
