We take you to the most hidden places in the Dolomites and you can spend a day in the company of an expert driver guide, who will introduce you to history, tradition and local people.
Through the Isarco Valley, among castles, churches and vineyards, we go up after Chiusa on the road that leads to Val di Funes. An enchanted valley, we pass by San Pietro for the Passo delle Erbe, a 1-hour stop with an optional walk to a mountain hut under the Sass Putia.
Passing by the Badia Castle, the gateway to the valley that takes us to the Falzarego Pass with the possibility of going up with a cable car from May to November and enjoying a typical lunch at the Rifugio Lagazuoi.
Canazei and finally Lake Carezza at the most beautiful time close to sunset. Wherever there are photographic spots we stop.
Alto Adige does not only have fantastic landscapes but also tradition and history completely different from all of Italy.

5.00The driver/ guide Matteo is full of information about the area and have us a very good history about the sites. He is polite and drives carefully given the narrow and downhill/ uphill roads in the area. He is very familiar with the route. We throughly enjoyed the day and had a view of the Dolomites also due to the favourable weather.

He chose the perfect stops for our young children to enjoy, while the adults were able to take in the stunning views. Matteo intimately knows the Alps and shared his experiences and knowledge of local history, economics, culture, geography, geology, and cuisine. We learned so much in one day. We trusted him with his recommended itinerary, which took us to scenic stops less visited and away from the crowd of tourists. His passion for and knowledge of the mountains is evident at every turn. 5.00It was a comfortable tour in a large private car. Our guide Matteo was also very friendly and gracious to our selfishness. Unfortunately, the weather was fine, but we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the car seat we had asked for beforehand was not prepared. We had them respond immediately, but the start time was delayed a little bit. But otherwise I was very happy. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

4.00Matteo was wonderful! He contacted us the day before our tour to warn us of bad weather. (We couldn’t reschedule due to our departure the day after our tour.) He agreed to continue, to show us as much as possible despite pouring rains…as long as it was safe. In the early morning hours my husband had a medical emergency that landed us in the local hospital for over half the day. :( We contacted Matteo 1.5hr before our pickup and he understood. Later we requested a partial refund which the tour company generously granted, though they would not have had to do so. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t make this tour and sadly can’t speak to its beauty. But we can say that the customer service and our tour guide Matteo was friendly, professional, and tried to make it work for us!

5.00Our day with Manuela was magical. Lots of beautiful scenery on the drive. Expert navigating around an accident on the highway. We would never have found these breathtaking views on our own, aka hidden Dolomites. I don’t think there are better Mountain Views in all the world. Ride thru Ski slopes, alpine meadows, views on views of snow topped peaks, quaint towns, hairpin turns. Do this trip. You will not regret it! Our group of 6 was astounded at every turn!
