A private half-day retreat is the perfect oppurtunity to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
With activities focused on mind, body and spirit, this self-care day is designed to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. With a powerful moment of self-reflection, allowing you to gain new insights into your life. During the hike, you are surrounded by the most beautiful nature, heading towards a very special location. Afterward, you can be guided by my music, where I invite you to be touched by the sounds from the guitar, handpan, Native American flute and my voice. Allowing the music to deepen your experience and open your heart to transformation. Through these exercises, you can experience a deep sense of tranquility and inner peace.

What To Expect
The day starts with check-in moment with a reflection on yourself guided by a meditation. After it's time for a conscious walk or hike in nature. As we mindfully explore a unique place on the island, you are encouraged to slow down, ground yourself, take in the the natural beauty and fresh air, and live in the present moment. After the 3,8km/2,36mi hike, you can enjoy the music with a live concert by the sea. The sounds and vibrations of the guitar, handpan, flute and vocals will create a peaceful atmosphere. This harmonious blend of physical activity, nature, and mindful moments provides a beautiful opportunity for deep relaxation and connection—both with ourselves and the world around us.
