Join us on this day-retreat immersed in Panama's lowlands near Bijagual, Chiriqui. Hosted by two Dutch performance artists, we'll work with the Same Method workshop: a framework for self discovery and personal growth. The workshop includes shadow work, meditation, presence & physical exercise trainings. Besides the workshop, you'll enjoy drinks, a nutritious lunch, a refreshing dive in the luscious Papayal river. The day winds down with a healing sound bath meditation, followed by a group reflection where you can share insights, ask questions, or simply enjoy a snack or two. You'll leave around 5:00 PM with practical tools for clarity and self-discovery that you can carry with you long after the retreat ends. For this day, no prior experience is needed. Just bring comfortable clothes, firm shoes (no flipflops!) and an open mind.
