4.00We were somewhat disappointed with the tour. We never received an email stating we needed to get the tickets for the bear sanctuary ahead of time. We knew they weren’t included but didn’t have that information. It was frustrating to be told we might not get in as the groups are limited. The other disappointment was the cost. It was over $300 for the 4 of us but the tickets to the 3 tours were not included? It was like an overpriced bus ticket. In hindsight we could have taken an Uber or bus for less than this. All that said, the castle, the citadel and the sanctuary were nice. Would recommend anyone visiting Braşov to check them out.

4.00The driver was friendly and very knowledgeable. However we expected to be out from 08.30 till 16.30, but were returned to Brasov at 14.30. In addition, the trip was to include a visit to Rasnov Fortress, but when we arrived we were told is was closed and had been for sometime. We should have been informed of this as the overall cost of the trip was to include this, (not any entry fee). The visit to the bear sanctuary was amazing and well worth a visit. Bran castle was a worthwhile experience, however given the issue of time and Rasnov Fortress being closed, more time could have been spent at Bran castle.

5.00Great place to see bears! They are a sanctuary helping bears and also educating people on the struggles of captive bears in Romania. On our visit we've seen 25-30 different bears of different ages from little ones to full grown massive ones as well as deer, wolfs, and a fox.

5.00Cătălin , a guide who makes this tour with passion! An excellent trip to the bear sanctuary where small and large bears could be seen up close. The sanctuary is number 1 in Europe and is worth visiting! Bran Castle is full of suspense with stories of history and culture, Râșnov Fortress a beautiful panorama and we went up with the little train. It was a trip that we will tell our friends about and we will definitely recommend this company!

5.00I recently joined this one-day tour from Brașov to the Bear Sanctuary in Zărnești, Dracula’s Castle (Bran), and Râșnov Fortress, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip! The day started with a prompt pickup from my accommodation, and our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The first stop was the Liberty Bear Sanctuary, which was a powerful and moving experience. Seeing rescued bears finally living in peace, surrounded by nature, was heartwarming. The sanctuary guide shared touching stories about each bear — many with heartbreaking pasts but now living in safety. Next, we headed to the Bran Castle, famously (but loosely) associated with Dracula. While the connection to Vlad the Impaler is more myth than fact, the castle's Gothic charm, winding staircases, and historical background made it a fascinating place to explore. Our guide provided a perfect mix of facts and legends, plus we had time to wander around on our own and take photos. The final stop was the Râșnov Fortress, perched on a hill with stunning views of the surrounding area. We took the little train up to the fortress (highly recommended!) and explored the medieval ruins. It truly felt like stepping back in time. Everything was perfectly organized — comfortable transport, well-paced schedule, and a passionate guide who clearly loves what they do. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore a mix of nature, culture, and history all in one unforgettable day!
