Flight monitoring: We monitor the flights and manage the pick-ups accordingly; in case of any delays in the flight, we dispatch the drivers accordingly.

Free waiting time: All the airport customers will have one free hour of waiting from the flight landing or 30 minutes of waiting from the desired pick-up time.

What To Expect

The journey from Stansted Airport to Central London takes about 120 to 150 minutes, depending on the traffic. For the pickup from Stansted Airport, we advise you to provide a flight number and book a journey with a pickup time of 30 minutes after the flight landing time. We will monitor the flight in case of a flight delay, and we will arrange a driver according to the landing time (30 minutes after landing).

Booked directly on the MiniCabRide website with great ease, all confirmed via email and Whatsapp and with various types of payment including PayPal. How can an airport pickup company not respond to my messages saying my flight will arrive earlier than expected. I know everything operates on a booking system but I would have at least expected an answer + the car arrives 45 mins late!!!!! Utterly unacceptable. And i wasnt offered any refund saying the company had already paid for the driver. How is this MY problem?

We were 11 people, and trusting the opinions of the Enterprise I hired them on a round trip to the airport..in the first leg there was no problem, but on the return came one of the cars, and 4 people stayed waiting for the second car because it did not come..they were 1 hour waiting, we called the central about 10 times and always told us the same thing, it arrives in 10 minutes..they did not miss the flight because this was delayed..we asked for explanations and only give us ebasibas..I would not recommend them because they do not put solutions to the unforeseen

I cannot think of any other company good as this one. This taxi company makes sure to keep you updated by sending a live tracking of the driver. Ahmed was simply outstanding, friendly and very helpful with helping put the baggages in the car and out of the car to your house. Ahmed made sure that we had everything we needed and even rang us to tell us where to meet him and gave us water bottles as beverages. The journey back home was great and time just flown by with the amazing conversations and makes you feel welcome. Ahmed is the best taxi driver we have ever had and we recommened him to all our friends and families. If anyone is looking for a taxi company that will get you to any airports without a worry then go for this company. Excellent quality drivers and services.

Even though confirmed everything in writing and verbally several times they showed up 45 minutes later than scheduled, and had the wrong delivery address. The ride took an hour longer than it should have from pickup and we arrived very late. It wasn't Viator that provided the service but a subcontractor i never heard of. It is also rare that I issue this type of review so it must have been bad.
