The team was Amazing at setting up the ride and communication all the way. definitely recommend its 10/10 experience

They will pick us up the the shuttle bus parking area so it's convenient for both of us the customer and the car handler. Whatsapp communication also very responsive. 5.00We had a great experience with this service provider. Customer service was great. They even helped us when we missed our pickup due to lack of a phone connection (our mistake) and let us switch to a drop-off for a later date without any extra charges.
Don’t use hi-speed trains between Jeddah & Makkah

1.00This hi-speed train ONLY suits if you arrive on terminal 1 otherwise it’s just waste of time & money travelling 25km from one terminal to another on you own cost, as state has not installed any fast transfer between any terminals. And all three terminals are far away from each other. In short don’t take train if you are not landing omar Terminal1
