1.00I purchased these tickets from Dreamtopia Tours 2 months ago (8-12-25) and they informed me 12 hrs before my date that they were unable to obtain my tickets? I don’t understand how this happens. This was very unprofessional and profoundly impacted my vacation. They promised to refund my money and send me complimentary tickets for a Seine river cruise but those have yet to be delivered as well.

1.00Horrible experience with Trip Advisor. Although tickets were confirmed and paid for there was a ‘technical issue’ in the third party seller system that prevented our tickets from being issued. We only found this out the day of our visit when we arrived at the venue. No communication from Trip Advisor until we called support. Staff at the museum were very helpful and told us they have significant issues and bad experiences with Trip Advisor. BTW, we had almost this exact issue with Trip Advisor later that same day when we visited the Louvre.

1.00I do not recommend a non-refundable ticket for this experience. We weren't feeling well and missed the morning scheduled time. This was a tour with only an audio guide (no tour guide) but we were not allowed to change the entry time.
