5.00Would highly recommend using this service. Excellent communication, very flexible in needed changes. Easy to reach via what’s app with quick responses. We had an 0230 am pick up scheduled and Ismet our driver called late in the day and verified time and location which made it easier for me to relax and enjoy our time in Oslo. Note to others: we arrived at the airport 3 hrs before our 0630 am flight. There were some travelers in the building but nobody to check us in. We waited 45 min before they arrived but we were first in a very very long line of folks flying out. While hard to get there so early, it was worth it to not have to wait in line with such a mass of people.

5.00Rydeu was very good at communicating with us via WhatsApp for both our pickup at the Oslo airport and for our return trip from our hotel. The 2 drivers were prompt and courteous and the trips back and forth were easy. Thank you! We would use them again when we visit Oslo in the future.

1.00Have a backup plan! After waiting for an hour we finally left in a taxi. We were a family of 6 adults and I arranged for driver way before our trip, I was sent a reminder and was charged prior to arriving however the driver never showed up, didn't answer his phone or respond to email. A gentleman at the airport who arranges taxis was kind enough to try calling the driver and said he too went directly to voicemail. So arranged for a taxi. The company has tried telling me the driver was in contact with me??? No he wasn't and I can prove it with my phone. I've asked for a refund. I hope they get it together for better customer service. When traveling out of the country, having issues is no fun!
