Join this full day tour from the Cebu city center to Oslob, to interact with one of the largest friendly fish called Butanding. You will spot the whale sharks in Tan-awan which is located 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) from the center town of Oslob. It has become a popular tourist attraction not just to see the whale sharks but also to snorkel and swim with them. Swim in the cleanest River and Falls in the entire country as the cold water in Kawasan Falls offers a unique and refreshing experience.

What To Expect
Depart early at 4:30 AM and make the 4-hour drive from Cebu to Oslob. Arrive at Tan-awan, and pick up your snorkeling equipment so you can swim with the whalesharks. Sit down for a brief introduction before you go into the water. After your whaleshark interaction, take the opportunity to discover the natural beauty of Tumalog Falls or Aguinid Falls, another must-see site. You will find this place very refreshing, heavenly and relaxing. The falls have mini-umbrellas that cascade fine strands of cold, fresh water in a rain-like fashion. Swim in a world-renowned tourist destination in the Municipality of Badian, a Hall of Famer for being the cleanest falls/river in the entire country.

1.00Never book with this company, it tells everything is included and then they still make you pay there, the coordination between them is bad and you end up spending more and everything is overpriced there

5.00A wonderful experience and adventure, arranged by my sister in law. It's started at 4AM in Cebu and lasted a day and a half., our van tour guide picked us up, and the tip took 4 hours, and the rest. Because the roads were athrocious, the journey lasted forever, but it was worth it. Day 1 Swimming the turtels & other sea life and magical waterfall, fantastic. DON'T brink a drone it's a waste of time. Swimming in open water with majestic sea life this big was unbelievable.

5.00It is ONE of the curiosities to see in the south of the island of Cebu. However, whale sharks are almost domesticated through food. Knowing that it is an animal which usually resides at a depth of 50 m, it only comes to the surface, to our amazed gaze, because it is attracted by the food thrown by the canoes. The feeders are also very skillful; by throwing handfuls of plankton, they manage to make the peaceful whale sharks do convolutions, so that they remain within the tourist area. There is no animal abuse! the animals seem very happy with this easy food, but the natural side is totally forgotten. Unlike dolphins or turtles, who only let themselves be seen when they decide to do so. However, observing these enormous creatures up close remains a privilege that must be appreciated. Please note: you do not swim with it, you must stay within the perimeter of the outriggers of the canoe, not move away.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Excellent! From the ease of the arrangements to the punctual arrival of our driver at the White Sands Resort Mactan island Cebu. Professional and courteous staff all the way. The Whale Sharks are plentiful and the Falls are phenomenal. You will not be disappointed. Bring your swim gear cuz you're going to want to get wet.

3.003 hours from Mactan Cebu, another 2 hours to MoalBoal then about 4.5 hours back to Mactan in very congested driving conditions. We did this all in one day and while swimming with the whale sharks was great, it was way too much driving for one day. Plus, you must be at the whale shark beach by 8AM our day began with being in a car at 5AM. Tour guide who met us at Oslob along with boat and swim guides, all excellent and very friendly.

5.00We attended the whale sharks at Oslob on a day trip from Cebu. Left at 3:30am traveled straight to the whale sharks. Guide had organised tickets early so on arrival jumped straight on the boat and out to approximately 200 meters from the shore. Unbelievable experience & well worth the 3.5 hour drive. We engaged in the swim experience & hired a Go-Pro. Spent approx 15-20 minutes in the water with the whale sharks. Then returned to shore for a light breakfast of sticky rice & mango. Traveled to Tumalong falls then lunch and traveled back to Cebu after stopping briefly at an ancient church built in 1700’s. Great day out!!!

4.00The Jimbey & Kawasan Waterfalls tour was one of my best memories as I took my sixth grade son with me. I think it's worth going. The underwater glasses you rent are also very clear and give you a good view of the bay. Waterproof cases on my phone were also sold locally for about 200 yen, and I was worried that my phone would break because it was too cheap, but I was able to videotape it for the entire time while snorkeling for 20 minutes. It just takes time to get there from Mactan Island. The traffic on the way home was also terrible, and I think it took about nine hours to get there and back. I stopped by Kawasan Falls, so I can't help it. Kawasan Falls is white, cloudy and not transparent. It's not that it's dirty, it's just that kind of water quality and visibility is a few tens of centimeters. After the emotion of Jimbey.... Also, I booked the tour locally, but the prices were different. I ended up getting change for two adults and an elementary school student for 20,000 yen. I knew it would cost me about 60,000 yen, so it was a no-brainer. I was surprised when they said it was 40,000 yen at first and then it was less than half price at the end. At around 6,000 yen per person, I thought a full-day tour would be a great value, but mostly in the car. We left the hotel on Mactan Island at 4:30am and returned to the hotel at 19:00. It was 4 to account for the length of the trip.

4.00It was the best experience in Cebu, seeing them up close is like a magical experience. Not only one but you can see multiple fleet of whalesharks. Would strongly suggest not to go during weekend as the que are long due to a lot of local and tourists.
