Fantastic day experiencing the Atlas Mountains and Berber Culture. 10000 steps with incline and stairs so not for those unable to step it out. Omar was a brilliant guide and imparted great amounts of information about Berber culture and the region. An excellent day.

The driver and guide are polite and caring. Enjoy the camel ride and hiking. The meal was delicious. The Mountain View and Saturday market truly changed the thoughts of Marrakesh, not limited to shopping, desert. Definitely recommend for everyone can hike for couple of hours

The trip was well worth the fee paid, it was a small group which made the trip more enjoyable, large groups are difficult to manage. Guide was very knowledgeable and provided great insights into the local culture and traditions. Please be aware there is a fair amount of walking during this trip and most of it is on rough terrain which is not suited for people who are not mobile. The lunch provided was fantastic and there was plenty of it. Lastly the waterfall was pretty but was a little busy, suggest bringing suitable clothing if you want a dip.

A must-do if you are in Marrakech. First stop is at dromedaries who looked well groomed. Here you got traditional clothes on and we made a little round on a dromedary. Then we got tea in the tent. In our case (because it was Tuesday) we went to a big berber market that is aimed at locals. It was okay to see, we had to stay together, because the sellers are pushy. Then we went to an Argan oil co-operation in an old Berber house, very nice to see. We could taste various products here and got tea again, delicious. The production process was explained and they were not intrusive at all. There was music made by the ladies and dancing, which was very nice. Then we drove on to the Atlas Mountains. Nature was very overwhelming, beautiful. Our guide Yasmine was funny and made for the trade. She took good care of everyone and told a lot about culture and traditions. We found that very interesting. The walk to the house of Yasmine's grandmother was steep and took half an hour, but it is doable if you are good on your feet. I was a bit short of breath myself because of a bad cold, but Yasmine often inquired if I was okay and stopped occasionally so I could catch my breath. After a delicious lunch with salad, bread, tagine, couscous and apple pie for dessert, we headed for the falls. This hike was not steep and took about 1 hour. It was really worth it! Then gradually down where the bus was ready again. This tour is such good value for money and it was really fun. Thanks for everything!

This trip was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Worlds away from the other trips we’ve done in Morroco. Yasmin our guide was just perfect in every sense. Fun, kind, patient, knowledgeable and informative. If you are lucky you will get her as your guide. Trip itself was great. Other trips we have done we’ve felt like it’s been very money/tip orientated. However not once on this trip were we hounded for money. These guys felt like they genuinely cared about their country and showing off their culture to you. The trip/activities itself were great. We had already done a camel trip in the agafay desert and that was truely awful. This on the other hand was worlds apart. The camels for starters were looked after and treat well. They looked healthy. And it was evident that they were more than just a money making machine for the owners. Before the camel ride they dressed you in traditional clothing. Little touches like that show they are not in it just for money but to show you their culture aswell. We then visited a women’s argon oil plantation, which was really informative, where we had breakfast and were shown how they produced argon oil. Of course they want you to buy something but they did not pressure you at all. Which actually made us buy. Which was a breath of fresh air. We then drove to mountains and walked to the waterfall. Wasn’t to strenuous at all. So don’t be put off by the words trek/hike. Yasmin was super patient with everyone and took numerous stops to talk to us about Moroccan culture and the mountain people traditions. She then took us to her families home in the Atlas Mountains where we had the best tagines/cous cous we’ve had in Morroco. Genuinely could not of wished for a better day with a superb tour guide. Thank you Yasmin you deserve all the success you get.

Omar, our guide, was absolutely wonderful, sharing with us so many notions and always answering all our questions with a big smile! The whole experience was amazing, we got to ride a camel, know more about how they make argan oil and olive oil, got to see the beautiful waterfalls and had a great lunch and plenty of mint tea!! Absolutely incredible!

Omar, Hassan and the family were great hosts. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the food they served at their house was amazing. Camel ride, tea stops, a visit to an Argan oil cooperative as well as a hike through the Atlas mountains - past waterfalls and beautiful scenery to their house with a banquet laid out. Thoroughly brilliant day out and well worth booking with Omar and family. Thanks for everything yesterday!
