Salsa music and dance are a big aspect of the Puerto Rican lifestyle and culture. Learn the basics of it with or without a partner in a 1-hour beginner class! The park where the class is held is very centrally located with on walking-distance many bars and restaurants to have dinner and/or go out at night and practice what you have just learned!
You will be guided through the first steps of Salsa dance by a professional at a beautiful outdoor park location. After your class you will be ready in no time to hit the dance floor!

A minimum of 4 people per class is required. If minimum requirements are not met you can be added to an existing group on a different day or you will be offered a full refund.

What To Expect
Receive a 1 hour Salsa Dance Lesson. This is open to all levels, but tailored towards beginners. You do not need to come with a dance partner. Our instructors are all professionals and very talented! We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class starting to check in and getting settled before starting promptly at 4:30pm.

5.00This is exactly what I was hoping for - a fun, small group class that was casual and low pressure but that still gave us a chance to learn some very basic steps. The instructor was fun and friendly, and knew how to take a good video for fun memories.

5.00It was so fun. To be honest I was a little skeptical at first; Steven is definitely not Puerto Rican. But we quickly found out he is a dancer by training and has lived here 12 years. It was the perfect amount of time for a not too bad price and not too big of a group. Everyone had so much fun-including my 14 year old sister.

5.00It was one of the highlights of the trip. My partner and I really enjoyed the experience. The instructor was fun and patient and let it be known it’s ok to make mistake. By the end of the lesson I was moving better and more confident. The park was nice and spacious so there was room to do all sorts of things. The ending was real nice I was spoil anything but just know it was real nice.

5.00Meechi is excellent! You don’t need a partner to attend! Wear something cooling/light clothing and pack water! Meechi, the instructor is AWESOME!
