PADI SCUBA DIVER COURSE IN KOH PHANGAN The PADI Scuba Diver Course Ko Pha Ngan is a fun, fast, and easy way to earn a PADI Certification during your stay on the island. This 2 day course allows you to dive under professional supervision to a maximum depth of 12m/40ft once certified. The PADI Scuba Diver Course is a subset of the PADI Open Water Diver Course. If you’re short on time during your visit to Koh Phangan but really want to become a scuba diver, this PADI Course is ideal for you. This course is an intermediate step for earning an Open Water Diver Certification, which can be completed at anytime in the future. PREREQUISITE To signup for the PADI Open Water Course, you must be at least 10 years of age, be in good physical health and have adequate swimming skills.

Worked with Francois and the team to complete my Rescue Diver and EFR courses. Everyone was so wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. The instructors were so kind and fun and it felt like a little family. Highly recommend for diving at any level. Can’t wait to come back!

Day 1: They will pick you up and drive to the office for your learning portion of the course. Then they will drive you to the swimming pool for your initial learning and testing to be able to get used to the equipment and water. Day 2 & 3: Around 7:30am they will pick you up and drive you to the dive center where you will be fitted with your gear. Then you will have a quick ride to the boat. On the boat they will serve you breakfast and lunch in between your 2 dives. I opted to dive at Sail Rock both days and it was an amazing experience. Tons of different and vibrant fish which was awesome to see on my first dive. Cristo was my dive instructor and I couldn't of asked for a more understanding and helpful instructor. When I was freaking out underwater he would calm me down and remind me to just breathe slowly. He was my underwater "Zen Master". Couldn't of asked for a more perfect place to go scuba diving as well. Also they will show you how to clean and maintain the gear once you are off the boat. A really good way to learn all aspects of scuba diving in a great environment.
