    The Embera Tribe Tour was such a unique and memorable experience! 🌴✨ Our host, Phillipe, was amazing — super helpful and made the whole day smooth and fun. From the jungle canoe ride and learning about Embera traditions to a refreshing swim by the waterfall, it was unforgettable. 💦 The tribe was warm and welcoming, and lunch was delicious! 🍽️ Tip: Wear comfy shoes, bring cash, and get ready for a little adventure. 🚣🏽‍♀️🌺

    Philippe was a fantastic guide who was insightful, helpful and friendly all around. My only critique of the tour, which also served as the reason for the four-star review, was the lack of advance communication from the tour operator regarding pick-up time from the hotel and any special equipment needed for the tour such as swim gear — both of which led to issues significantly affecting my experience with this tour . This should not be construed as a statement on the rest of the tour, which was fantastic, and Philippe was quick and responsible enough to deliver a satisfactory resolution during the tour itself, ensuring the rest of my experience was not a lost cause. I’d recommend this tour and personal vouch for Philippe as a guide you would want to have to guide you through Embera.

    This tour is a must when in Panama! Esteban and Phillippe went above and beyond, arranging pickup outside the city and guiding us comfortably throughout. Highlights included a local fruit market, a fun trek to a beautiful waterfall (be ready to get wet!), and learning a few native words. The village welcome, cultural experience, and delicious food made it unforgettable. Highly recommend!
