Great trip! Food great, locals great and Felipe the tour guide was phenomenal! Went with a 4 year old and 7 year old! Water can get deep but by the shore it was safe for small children.

If you do the waterfall, water shoes definitely come in clutch but was still awesome experience without them. Definitely worth doing the waterfall! Roberto was an excellent guide, very helpful and knowledgeable. Great visit and lunch with the Embera tribe. We booked this tour less than 12 hours before we departed and we’re soooo glad we did! Highly recommended it.

Very memorable tour to the Embera village. Kareem our tour guide was amazing and I highly recommend him. Kareem was so friendly and knowledgeable about the tribe and village. He went above and beyond to make our experience one we will never forget. We had the private tour with Kareem and would definitely do it again! The tour was so unique and they provided a delicious lunch and we were given a great tour of their community and learned all about their culture. The boat ride to the village was great and we saw monkeys and tucans.
