  Visiting the Embera Village and the nearby waterfall was an unforgettable part of my Panama City trip. The boat ride through the river was absolutely amazing, and the short walk to the waterfall made the experience even more refreshing and exciting. Meeting and embracing the local Embera tribe was such an eye-opener — learning about their culture, traditions, and way of life was both humbling and inspiring. A huge thank you to Ruben, our local tour guide, for making this journey so memorable. His warmth and knowledge made the entire day truly special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Panama!

  The driver, Robert, picked us up on time and was incredibly knowledgeable about Panama’s history. The ride was very pleasant and comfortable, and everything exceeded our expectations. The scenery during the boat ride was beautiful. The rainforest walk to the waterfall was challenging, but everyone was helpful. Once we arrived at Embara village, we danced, observed their way of life, and shared delicious food and fruits. The tour was definitely worth the price and time.

  Ruben and Karim were fantastic tour guides—knowledgeable, patient, and fun! The waterfall hike was beautiful but quite challenging, with steep climbs and uneven, rocky paths. I’d recommend it only if you have at least moderate physical ability; a few people in our group found it tough, especially older guests. I personally managed fine, and it was absolutely worth it. The canoe ride was peaceful, and visiting the Embera village was such a meaningful cultural experience. Highly recommend overall! -Texas

  From the pickup from the hotel to the river, the hike to the waterfall, to the time spent at the community, it was an enjoyable adventure. Kareem and other guide were full of energy and laughter. During the entire trip, it felt like family. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Kareem as the guide.
