We exited the cruise shuttle at Marina Turistica and the agent was right outside with a sign. We were even able to switch to an earlier tour time. Awesome tour - saw penguins, sea lions and lots of birds. Included the entrance fee, unlike other more expensive providers. 100% recommend

A well arranged and awe inspiring trip. Our host met us at the arranged location on time and the route sailed was spectacular. In July we were able to sign many seals, penguins and a variety of bird species. Truly magical views of nature!

The ride was perfect, the tour guide was knowledgeable, and explained everything in english and spanish. But the tour guide or the boat doesnt not belong to the company South Americans Secrets. That company give you the tks to access and pass the marina. We were there like 9:30am, our ride was scheduled at 10am. We arrived from Chincha and wanted to use the restrooms and have coffee first, but the contact lady told us that a boat is about to leave so rush to the restrooms and rush towards the boat. I should have put my foot down and asked her to wait to our time. I didnt. My family and I sat apart during the ride and tour because the boat was almost full. During the ride I realized that there were other boats that left after us. I should have wait until the 10:00am. This company didnt like it because it was like they wanted to get rid of us.

Amazing experience, we couldn’t go to the Ballestas as they were closed due to weather but we still saw a lot of wildlife and went to other good spots. Tour guide was very helpful and came to pick us up as we were running a bit late

The tour to the Ballestas Islands with the explanations of guide Juan and driver Lucio was great. The roofless boat allowed us to see all the birds without any difficulty. Highly recommended.

My friends and I booked this tour through our travel agent in Lima. Though we couldn’t get to Ballestas due to the rough sea, we did manage to see the Islas Blanca and the candelabro, and it was wonderful to see the penguins, sea lions, and the variety of birds. A couple of penguins were active when we arrived, and we were able to witness how they came down the hill and jumped into a pool. A very special moment, indeed! The chandelier was clearly seen from the boat as we approached, and the history is interesting. The boat captain and the guide were both diligent in safety and making sure we got to see everything. The boat and the life jackets were clean as well.

This tour represented exceptional value for money. The tour was well organised. We got a WhatsApp message the day before the trip. We responded on the day of the trip and a member of staff found us in the village and took us to the trip's location. The captain of the boat took us to the Island with great care - not too fast, not too slow. When we got to the island, the captain diligently positioned the boat so that everyone got a good opportunity to view the wildlife and take plenty of pictures. On return to port, he saw some porpoises. He stopped the boat so that we could all take a good look. I saw other boats pay no attention and rush back to port. We had a great morning out viewing wildlife. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.
