What To Expect

Enjoy a very amazing experience flying 12-15 minutes over a beautiful canyon and then refresh with a tubing activity along the arenal tubing for 3.5-4 hours. 10:00 am - we will pick you up from your hotel or address you provide to us (in Guatape area) and then we will drive 30 minutes average to paragliding place 10:45 am - it is time to start the paragliding flight (10-15 minutes according weather). Here your professional pilot will put to you all the equipment on, give some information and tips and he will ensure everything if fine to start the flight. 11:30 am - let´s drive 40 minutes to San Rafael town 12:30 pm - you will have time to take a delicious lunch (not include) 1:45 pm - we will meet with local professional tubing guides 2:00 pm: it is time to start the tubing activity. The maximum weight for this amazing activity is 120kg (265lb). 5:00 pm: after we finish the activity, you will have time to get lunch in a restaurant in the town (NOT INCLUDED) or go straight to the hotel. 7:00 pm: arrival to your hotel You must know the conditions to fly depends of the weather, a cold wind or few breeze causes a less time flight. Our flight is 10-15 minutes

Ecoventure does a great job. Julian was great at keeping in touch. Everything from pick up my place to drop off went smoothly and in a very comfortable vehicle. I wondered if picking two adventures in one outing was the best idea but it was a great combo! I got to do two things that are each top notch adventures on their own in one day and never felt rushed. The river adventure was great with many exciting rapids departed by a few moments to float serenely looking up through the trees. I really enjoyed the river dog who went with us and his friend who followed us along the shore. The guides on the river were very experienced and I felt safe the entire trip. The paragliding was 100% exhilaration! I’m actually not a fan of heights when it’s my own sense of balance determining my fate but somehow giving control to an experienced pilot made me feel right at ease. Well not terrified at least. It was quite fun and a thrill to soar above the mountains and trees. Looking down on birds that I usually only see the bottoms of was a blast. The trip was great all around and I’ll definitely use Ecoventure for my future adventures around Medellin and Guatapé.

Our guide was amazing...beautiful drive from Guatape. Tubing was a blast with some pretty cool rapids that we hit and the staff was very accommodating to help out. Paragliding though...was EPIC, can't describe it you just have to do it!!!!!

A M A Z I N G Experience!! 10/10 recommend! I cannot describe how breathtaking, exhilarating, majestic and amazing the paragliding & tubing tour was for us! The views will take your breath away! Julian was a FANTASTIC tour guide who was communicative, accommodating and gave us a little history as we drove through the different towns to get to our destinations. Julian was hospitable and accommodated our requests without hesitation. Amazing tour and tour guide! UNFORGETTABLE experience!

The team were awesome at responding to our booking and we were able to get this scheduled the night before! All the guides were friendly and professional. Especially Sebastian who was our main guide. If you are looking for an activity in Guatape, choose EcoVentures!

We had a fantastic day of tubing and paragliding with Ecoventure! Both activities were great fun with excellent guides, particularly Sebastian who guided us throughout the day. I was also very impressed with how efficient the team were in responding to our request (the night before!) for an activity the following day. They were incredibly helpful and open to accommodate our timing requests specifically which we really appreciated. Would definitely use again and recommend!
