• Experience as expected - don’t pay the $20 for pics!

  The actual experience was as expected; however, the company is churning people in an out. The hut where you check in is very understaffed. You then retrieve your life jacket and stand by the shore and wait for a staff member to pick you up via wave runner. When he came, my husband, daughter and I were all instructed to get on the same wave runner with the driver. I was in the back and was not even secured before he started taking off. Both my husband and I had to yell at him to get him to stand which allowed me to sit. My biggest concern was my daughter was in the middle so had I fallen, her risk was the greater. We got to the boat and were harnessed in. The operator of the boat told us for $20 cash he would take pictures of the take off, during and landing and then we would be sent the photos later in the evening via WhatsApp. We agreed. As I said, the actual experience was fine - and as expected - probably in the air for 8 minutes. While we waiting, more people were brought to the boat via wave runner. Before we left the boat, I asked the operator how we retrieved the pictures and he said to confirm my number at the hut and reiterated again they would be sent in the evening. After our turn, we too were taken back to shore. I checked in at the hut, watched the gentlemen write my number down, yet, we received no pictures. It isn’t about the $20 - I would have liked the photos.

  Awesome experience, great efficient knowledgeable crew. Beautiful location. The captain was fun and dunked one of our family members in the ocean because we asked him to. 😊

  Some of the rudest people I have ever met, certainly the rudest on St Maarten. You have to take a jet ski out to their boat through choppy water. My wife, who recently had eye surgery and was concerned about getting salt water in her eyes, was continually talked down to and belittled for “ missing out”, they never addressed her concerns. They continued to be condescending and flippant about any concerns we had, all they cared about was getting you out there so they could make a buck. When I talked with the guy in charge, he was just as disrespectful. They then refused to give our money back! If I could have left fewer stars, I would have! Terrible experience with terrible people.

• Buyer beware on Euro vs. Dollars exchange rate

  I negotiated to pay $60 american dollars for an hour of para sailing. When the customer service representative charged my credit card, it was charged as $60 euros, which after the exchange rate is actually $71.00. He said the $60 was cash only but also failed to mention that $60 euros, after the exchange rate, is considerably more than $60 american dollars. The sign reads $60 Euros = $60 dollars. When I asked for a refund on the difference, he refused. Saying, too bad. Separately: Total boat time = 30 minutes. Total Air Time = 10 minutes Customers BEWARE.

  Parasailing was a great experience everything went well. You have to jet ski to the boat which was a little struggle because of the waves. But overall great experience once all set for They take pictures and videos for you.

  This was a unique experience. The tour company jet skied us to the boat, he was going so fast we almost fell off before we got there. Other than that this was was a seamless and cool excursion. We’ve snorkeled, jet skied, sea bobbed, but never parasailed so we decided to give this a try. It was a scenic experience. Def glad we checked this off our bucket list.

  This was a super cool experience! The guys orchestrating the activity weren’t that talkative but they were efficient. They quickly got you to the boat and in the gear and up in the air. They didn’t really give us any information or idea about what was going to happen. You just kind of get there, they put the harness on you, they place you in the take off spot and then you go. Overall it felt very safe, and it was a fun experience.

  This was a bucket list activity for me and my husband and I was not let down. I will be doing this again in different ports. Also, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

  Good experience no complaints . The staff was friendly and the actual parasailing was probably like 10 minutes max but the views were amazinb
