What To Expect
Arc de Triomphe
Get an entry ticket and a digital guide of the Arc de Triomphe. These are available in the WeGoTrip app. You will get the instructions on how to collect the ticket and the optional digital guide via your email, SMS and WhatsApp. The digital guide includes maps, photos, scripts, and audio commentary. A visit to the Arc de Triomphe is a visit to one of the nation's most sacred monuments – it honors those who sacrificed their lives for France. The names of victorious French battles and generals are inscribed on the walls. At the foot of the monument lies the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Eternal Flame, which is rekindled every evening at 6:30 pm by members of the Committee of the Flame, so that it never extinguishes. The best place to enjoy the Arch is at the very top, on the terrace, which affords spectacular views over the city, from Montmartre to La Défense. See Paris from the rooftops!

3.00I recommend not going through a third party. Go directly to the official website fir getting tickets. My tickets did not show up in my email or on the app. Luckily, one of the workers at the ticket booth used my phone to either chat with the provider or something because he had it for a while and finally was able to get our entry tickets. The monument is cool and visiting. Next time I will book directly.
