3.00The food and service were very fine. Singer was also great. I think it was a way too big venue with too many seatings. If you are looking for an intimate and romantic venue I wouldn’t recommend it….

5.00Awesome sunset cruise! Cruise with dinner on the Seine was a fantastic experience! We were pleasantly surprised to get a window seating when we boarded. The dinner was excellent, DJ and singer were great and the cherry on the top was being able to see the Eiffel Tower all lit up and glittering just after sunset.

1.00The boat leaves at the starting time. Reservation for 6p on Viator, boat departing and we missed it by 6:04. No directions on Viator requesting early arrival. Upon checking boat website directly, they noted a start time of 1745, we would not have missed if that was the noted arrival / start time. Difficult to get from the metro across the traffic down to the riverside- used bicycle lanes. Texted the support, no answer 7hr later.

5.00I have been on plenty of dinner cruises in many different countries. This one was different. The food was better, the ship was better, and most of all, the crew was significantly better. Every person was smiling, and happy to help us with any request, despite there being 200 guests on board. They moved in unison, choreographed to deliver a quality three course meal. There is no such thing as perfect and people will be precious, but I have nothing but praise for this experience. I want to highlight our server Nora. She made it a point to make sure we were happy. You can’t ask for more than that. I would also like to give kudos and applause to the vocalist and party starter, I don’t have e her name but she was fantastic. Well done Blue Diamond, you turned our scenic dinner into a dance party (for all ages!) and you made it seem effortless. Best 3 hour experience - drop the mic!

2.00There are other dining cruise options on the Seine, and based on our experience, I would encourage travelers to explore alternatives. While the views were enjoyable, we found the food quality and service to be disappointing. One aspect that stood out was observing several staff members setting aside full plates of food for themselves well before the cruise had concluded. While there may have been reasons for this that we were unaware of, it created the impression that the focus was not fully on the guest experience. Overall, the service and dining experience did not meet our expectations.

1.00I have tried countless times to get a hold of this company when I was on my way there and I couldn't even get intouch with anyone or even got a reply when I texted them. I ended up missing the cruise because the streets were all closed down and I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours but still ended up making it to the pier by 6:05pm. When I got there they just left when all they had to do with respond or pick up the phone. They didn't even call me or anything about missing the dinner.
