1.00The boat was so overbooked which meant we were then late leaving, as it took so long getting everyone on. We missed the Eiffel Tower illumination twice. It took at least an hour to get our drinks order which is totally unacceptable and also was the only drink we got all night, as the waiters were nowhere to be seen due to the boat being so full. We had been up and down the river and when we docked at 12pm we hadn’t even had our main meals. Spent another hour on the boat without a drink and with waiters rushing to get us our food while we floated around the same spot. We could not wait to get off the boat and wish we hadn’t paid for the VIP option as we received nothing extra and didn’t even get to see the Eiffel tower light up. So so poor for nearly £100 per person. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

3.00Food was good and boat interior and upper deck were a good size. Entertainment was ok. However the boat DID NOT PASS BY THE EIFFEL TOWER. The boat dramatically slowed down when we approached the dock so we only got to see it from the dock. Also we arrived at the dock by 10:30 and it was supposed to end at 11. We did not think this was worth the cost.

4.00Dinner River Cruise on a Tuesday night , an absolute perfect way to see the Eiffel Tower in the evening! Highly recommend! I give the Dinner Cruise 5 stars. The service was great., Dinner delicious, singer fabulous! The only reason I gave 4 Stars was due to the description of the meeting point . The directions state and give a specific address for meeting point. However, there was nobody there to meet or direct us with further information. I reached out and messaged the company with NO response. It was after 20min that we decided to venture across the street and find the boat. Need more specific instructions on where to exactly meet.

1.00Dishes were dirt, staff was rude and the trip only took 1.5 hours not 3 as announced, the food was mediocre waited over 30 minutes for a water bottle. I will request a refund .
Do NOT route to the sights , drive outside the city!

2.00Unfortunately, it wasn't so good. The route on the Seine leads out of the city. You can see residential buildings, houseboats and cranes. You do NOT see Parisian sights. The music sometimes turns up very loud (techno for birthday) and the singer runs from table to table with the microphone and the guests should then sing along. The food was good. Overall not recommended if you expect a romantic cruise through Paris.

3.00This dinner cruise is supposed to take you by all the famous landmarks of Paris. Instead they went the opposite way, away from the Eiffel Tower. When I asked why I was told “The River is too high.” After debarking the boat we walked to the Eiffel Tower and saw four other dinner boat cruises, coming from the heart of Paris. For the cost and how the dinner cruise was advertised I felt very mislead. I would not book with Blue Diamond again.
Extremely disappointed Lamentable for not proposing a discount, or a postponement.

2.00Inadmissible: we were not informed of the change of river route (Issy les moulineaux, St-Clouds!..) No discount, no carryover. We haven't seen Paris yet.
