Totally misleading and false advertising Tour

2.00I would have given this tour a 5 star rating...HOWEVER...the tour itinerary and title is totally incorrect and misleading. The guide was one of the best I've experienced. A Paris historian and ex-teacher. HOWEVER...the title and itinerary say specifically the Eiffel Tower is included in the day long tour. IT IS NOT part of the tour. We didn't even get close. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We complained. The company has chosen to not recognize our complaint. For this reason alone, I will not recommend this tour or this company.

5.00Amalie was one of the best tour guides we have had during our travels. She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and was very sensitive to the needs of the group, including the important bathroom breaks and stops at a cafe and for lunch. She did a great job leading the group on to and off of the busy Metro for trips to the Louvre (highlighted by seeing the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, and Coronation of Napoleon), Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower. She has an advanced degree in history which explains her vast knowledge of everything we observed during the tour, starting in the morning with the great views from Montmartre and Sacre-Coeur Church and ending at night with a breathtakingly illuminated Eiffel Tower. Amalie was enthusiastic and spoke English well albeit with a French accent. The individual audio system worked well. The only negative was that the group (unlike the fast entry into the Louvre) did not get expedited admission into Notre-Dame Cathedral and had to wait in the rain on a fairly long line. Amalie also did a great job at the end of the tour explaining how to go to the dock for the included Seine River cruise and looking up the timetable for the weekend cruises. A very worthwhile and interesting tour with Amalie.

5.00Our tour guide in Paris was outstanding—easily one of the most knowledgeable and engaging guides we’ve ever had. From the very start, it was obvious how much she loves the city’s history, art, and culture. She shared stories and details in a way that was both easy to follow and genuinely fascinating. She led us through the Art District with a level of insight that made the area feel completely alive, pointing out spots we would have walked right past on our own. At the Louvre, her explanations transformed the experience; instead of just admiring the pieces, we walked away understanding the background, symbolism, and significance behind what we were seeing. Our stop at Notre Dame ended up being one of the highlights of the day. She blended historical context with updates on the restoration work, giving us a much deeper appreciation for the cathedral and everything it represents. From beginning to end, she was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive to everyone in the group. She had a wonderful way of connecting historical facts with everyday Parisian life, making the entire tour both enjoyable and memorable. I would gladly recommend her to anyone visiting Paris. Her enthusiasm, expertise, and the personal touch she brought to every stop truly made the experience special.

5.00Our tour guide, Violette, was phenomenal!!! We saw so much, she was so knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a relaxed pace, not too hurried. She always made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and not left behind. We arrived about 15 mins early to the ticket pick up location and met two other couples waiting for the contact with the company to arrive. Once she did, it was a seamless process. It was great being able to take the metro with a tour guide (since we never had used it before) and she even emailed us afterwards with plenty of recommendations for our time in the city. My husband and I would book this tour again in a heartbeat. Wonderful use of our first full day in the city. Thanks Violette for making it great!
