What a wonderful experience! Vivian and Abdul are phenomenal hosts and teachers, sharing the recipes of the restaurant owner's great grandmothers with fun, excitement, and heart. The class provided hands-on experience to each and every member with Vivian and Abdul providing guidance and techniques for producing a wonderful meal. From the very special and tasty Anezina Salad, to the Dolmades, to the spinach and cheese Spanakopita, to the Chicken with Orzo, to the Lemony Stuffed Sea Bass, all the way to the Baklava, each recipe was explained in detail (with info about possible variations), and each member was able to get in on the preparation. Lots of great info, lots of laughter and fun, and great memories to be made with a small group format. Add in a little lesson and practice of Greek dancing while everything is cooking, and then sit down to a very tasty and filling meal. The whole afternoon was a fabulous experience that won't be forgotten soon! We highly recomend it!ofyou

What a fun night with loads of strangers. Laughing and cooking and getting the evil eye from the cook when not paying attention. The class it self was not so instructional as I thought it would be none the less. If you wanted to mix, cut or fill you had a job. Dancing and drinking while preparing the dinner. Fun night. I would absolutely do it again!
Marie was fantastic chef and teacher as were the men who assisted her doing prep and cleanup. Great fun, joyful dancing, amazing

Best part of my trip to Paros. Marie was a lovely woman and great chef. We had so much fun with our classmates. Very relaxed atmosphere along with some Greek dancing lessons while the food was cooking. All of it was delicious. The wine flowed freely as did the joy. Bravo 👏

Our class of about 20 started out getting a head dressing and apron along with a glass of wine. Different stations were set up so different groups prepared ingredients then the instructor prepared the dishes and let anyone who wanted to help pitch in. It was so fun, delicious, and instructional! Highly recommend.

Vivian was amazing!!! The food was delicious! Loved how she took the time to explain everything! The lemonade was incredible. Don't drink alcohol but other people in class said it was wonderful. Loved how send recipes to email. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Possibly the highlight of our trip. The food was amazing, the staff were incredible and we had such a good time. Everyone contributed to the meal and we actually learned how to prepare these Greek classics. Would highly recommend this event.

Amazing food and fun and so much wine! 10/10 would recommend. The food we made was delicious and it was like a party complete with dancing and plenty of drinks! Everyone we met was so nice!
