  Tour planner canceled the tour 1 hour before tour and was stuck with nothing to do for the night. Came from Michigan to party for my fiancé birthday and was very unpleased with the tour canceling 1 hour before and left us with nothing to do on a Saturday night smmfh!! Dont do this trip... Definitely not worth it

  I want to say this was a lovely experience I wanted to celebrate my cousins 55th birthday and not worry about driving. It was a wonderful group of people we were with. Maria the host and the driver I can not remember his name there customer service was excellent they are very informative has to where we were going Maria created a group chat so she can drop locations to where they were going to be so we never got lost getting back to them. Couple of us partied more than others and what I loved the most that they made sure that we reach our destination safely. I would recommend and do this again

  While our party bus tour didn’t go exactly as planned, I do appreciate the effort made by the team to communicate and resolve the situation. Due to heavy traffic, the tour started later than scheduled. However, the operator was responsive when we reached out for updates regarding pickup times, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the traffic delays also impacted our arrival to the first stop, and we then experienced mechanical issues with the party bus. As a result, we had to relocate to another vehicle provided by the operator (not a party bus) to get to our first destination. Both the driver and the staff member serving drinks were very apologetic and professional throughout the situation. Once we arrived at the first stop, we decided to make the most of the evening by staying there and bar hopping nearby, eventually arranging our own transportation back to the hotel. The tour operator later notified us that we would receive a 50% refund for the inconvenience, which I believe was a fair and appreciated gesture. Although my first and only experience wasn’t the smooth party bus experience we had hoped for, I do recognize that unexpected issues can happen. I would consider giving them another try if I’m visiting again, but based on this experience alone, I would be somewhat hesitant to recommend the tour without reservation.

  We had so much fun the team was very helpful and allowed us to party on the bus how we felt music wise and entertaining. They was patient with us due to the fact we where frm texas. They showed us so much and partied along with us through out the tour. Thanks again for such a great experience
