Excellent tour and experience. Great views of the sites. We felt rushed by tour guide. It would have been a 5 Stars if we did not feel rushed.

It was an amazing time. Out Tourguide Holly was so friendly and kind all the time. She was always there to explain something or taking photos of us. Er couldn't have a better choice with her. I really loved it. you can see all the great spots in Pattaya. I would say that it was better with this tour thank doing it alone.

From being contacted at 7.30am and told that the pick up would be 8.00am when we were originally told between 8.30-9am was not a great start. The "guide" spoken the worse english and was very hard to understand and every sentence ended with "Yah Yah"?? The transport "coach" was a old 10 passenger seater that shock and rattled and had no suspension which on the roads in Pattaya does not make for a comfortable journey. The tour was poorly organised and went from one end of the city to the other several times. Where it should have been organised from A tourist site and then to B sites, not back and forward. Of course there was the standard visit to the Gem Store Factory which always seems to be on all tours and you can normally be in and out in 10 minutes. Oh no not this one. You were shuffled in and then had to que for 25 minute to get on the train thing that took you through a poorly made tour of how the stone were mined and then you eventually came out at the end to be shuffles again into the store where people try to talk you into buying something you don't want. A total of 1 hour I will never get back. Then we went to the floating markets, which are not really floating, put in this skinny canoe thing so some guy can row you across the man made lake to the place we are to each lunch. Lunch mmm OK if you like Indian bain marie food that has been sitting out and you happen to be the 4 indians on the tour. No choice for us whities who don't like Indian food. After eating some yellow rice, we are then told we have an hour to wander around the markets, an hour! Markets selling the same stuff as every other market in Pattaya. Finally we get the the Sanctuary of Truth which is amazing and is just worth a visit on its own of your own doing. After that back on the bumpy old coach again and finally after a very long a frustrating day we are dropped at the hotel. Now Im not a winger but when you pay over $100 for what is supposed to be a culture tours of some what could be interesting sites and you find that the ride is uncomfortable, the guide you can't understand Yah Yah and its just so badly organised, you really feel rightly ripped off. Do yourself a favour a DON"T !
