Tour duration will be 4 hours including travel time from one place to another.
In the event that the US Navy suspends boat operations or for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Your tour still includes a successful pickup driving tour, providing admission to the visitor center, museums, and bookstore. Alternative options: Tour time will extend if US Navy boats resume with reasonable time. Unscanned Arizona & Missouri tickets remain valid for seven days should you wish to arrange self-transport to the memorial at another time.
Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.

2.00What a waste of money. First of all we had to walk a mile for pick up. Lots of other pick ups next to each other. Secondly- the “tour guide” basically just drove us there- gave us our tickets and then said be back by 1. His historical knowledge was nothing more than a quick google search. What could have been a 75 dollar day turned into 250. Just go yourself- on your own time. This is so not worth it!

1.00Pickup was supposed to be at hotel - it was not. Luggage was not allowed. When we worked to resolve the luggage issue, provider wanted to charge $10 per bag (Pearl Harbor has storage for less), and then changed pickup time. We did not even go on the trip, but were able to get FREE tickets to Pearl Harbor and encountered no issues with luggage or timing - all issues the provider indicated would be a problem. So I paid $110 for nothing.

5.00Our Guide, “Cousin David” was amazing! He was well versed in the History of Hawaii and Pearl Harbor! David had a great sense of humor and was patient and very kind! Highly recommend this tour, but especially our guide David! We were touched by his obvious love for Hawaii and patriotism.

4.00It was a beautiful and moving experience to visit the Arizona memorial. We were picked up on time and chose to uber back based on schedule. The big advantage of this tour is a guaranteed ticket on the Arizona via boat shuttle. I do wish we had more time - we barely scratched the surface at the Pearl Harbor memorial.

5.00Our family really enjoyed the Pearl Harbor tour. We loved our tour guide Art who was both informative and entertaining! He gave us interesting information about the history of Hawaii and Pearl Harbor. We learned fun facts about the island and its culture. We also learned so much more about WWII history at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. It was somber and powerful. We would definitely recommend the tour.
