What To Expect
Mixing sightseeing with personal training! We come to your location to begin your 1 hr custom bike ride, run or workout! The Personal Fitness Tour is a great choice if you are planning on renting a bike for your trip or just want occasional sessions during your stay. Its 1 hour and tailor-made to your health goals and riding preferences. Choose from hybrid or gravel bike: book in advance, availability limited. We suggest an early start time of 6am as this allows us to beat the high sun. Its a great way to see the island and get a workout in before breakfast! Randy will custom suit a fitness tour from your hotel for any level fitness. He competes in both road, triathlon and offroad cycling events and locally runs skill training sessions to centre around key areas for health gains. We recommend booking this at the beginning of your stay here in Barbados as it paints a great overall picture of the fitness route options available to your surrounding area It also give you ideas of which areas to return back to explore more in depth! 5.00Visiting the island with another family; myself and the other dad decided last minute before flying out that we’d like to rent a couple of bikes and do our own cycle around the island. Danielle was super helpful in getting us setup with 2 good quality gravel bikes and was even able to provide us with a route around the island on Strava that we could use. Randy kindly dropped off the bikes the evening before our booking so we could get an early start. And the real kicker was that on one hill where we had a bit of a struggle and decided to re-route, Danielle actually drove past and saw us and kindly stopped to gave us some route advice to get ourselves back before dark! Overall, Danielle and Randy are fantastic, they have great bikes and amazing customer service; for any cyclists wanting to keep up their rides while on holiday, I urge you to get in touch as you won’t be disappointed!

5.00Randy took me on a 2 hour road tour from Holetown. Picked me up at the hotel. Lots of early ascent and then a nice downhill to Gibbes beach. Wish I'd done it earlier in the holiday and perhaps could have done another. Glad I went with a guide. Randy knows the island very well and most of the islanders it seems. Great guide. I would certainly go back to him on my next visit.
