4.00We enjoyed the driver and he drove well for the conditions. We were concerned with our driver continuing to text while driving; not just during stops. It was awkward, but he quickly agreed. He made us very nervous. I believe most agree distracted driving unacceptable

1.00Unfortunately our tour was cancelled 15 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up. The tour operator said it was cancelled by TripAdvisor but upon calling they said the tour operator cancelled. The only explanation we were able to get was that our pick up location was not in their area, however we put our pick up location on the original sign up and were never told that it was not acceptable. It was very disappointing to have the the tour cancelled as we planned our trip a day early just to experience Miami and were not able to rebook anything at that late time.

5.00I am so glad I booked this private tour. My family and I just came back from a cruise with a late flight we were going to book a tour through the cruise line but opted for this private tour. I am so glad I did, the experience was effortless. We were promptly picked up at the Port with ease no hassles or waiting. The driver was very professional and polite. The tour itself was great we were given great recommendations to explore. We will definitely use this service again!
