1.00Seems to be a scam site. Phone number doesn’t link to anyone. Tickets not sent. No one met at designated point. Needed to buy an additional ticket at the time. Staff were fantastic at the towers but this third party almost resulted in no stopover activity

5.00Limited time on skybridge and observation deck. You only get 10 minutes on skybridge and 15 minutes on observation deck . Wish they would give you more time there.After observation deck down 83rd floor there is a place where you can buy drinks and lounge around with no time limit

3.00As it is a famous landmark we wanted to see the towers however it felt like a school trip. You are told where to go and how much time you have It’s a lot of money to pay for a short experience and I feel isn’t worth it.

1.00Tried to leave at 3:15 from floor 83. Was kept in a cattle like grid for over 30 minutes as they wouldn't let us leave and gave no reason why. The tour itself was minimal in information. Basically paying to go up and down in a lift for a viewpoint for a photo.
