TOURIST FACTORY /BTS At 17:00 They sell paradise and it's subway hell flee ........ tourist factory...they got me:-(((( ..45 people part boats and minimum of 10 boats, that you will cross everywhere where you will go all day..you are just there to pay..it looks like the bangkok metro at 5:00 pm... at every stop on a site hurry.when they say a stop, the boat shuts down the engine you have to take the picture quickly and we leave.(the cellar of the wikings..the island of the monkeys) First island, nothing to do... pay to sit, impossible to swim, too dangerous with jetskis. Nothing to see except the other 200 participants. I met a Fijian in Maja bay (toilet smoking area)they even install signs prohibiting to go out of line.he compares it to an anthill...lunch is 40 minutes , no more signa the entrance to the refectory (it is not a restaurant)...snorkelin in the shadow of the mountain in monkey bay at 5:00 pm. The staf is very good....they do as they can.end of the excursion at 18:00. but you have to send back to your hotel..........do it if it pleases you, but I lived it, I recommend it not.

The best tour ever, and for that, along with the beautiful nature, the main credit goes to our guide Katy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and her colleagues on the boat. The extreme kindness and helpfulness of the entire team is amazing. You won't regret it. BOOK NOW! Let's go red team 😁

This trip was just awful. The boat was crowded. Most of the time was spent on the boat not on any islands. The islands we did go to were over crowded with so many people. Lunch was terrible. We were told we had forty minutes to get our lunch and eat before they wanted the table for the next group. What swimming we could do was in tiny roped off areas. People were totally ignoring g crew and smoking everywhere. Even the crew said it was chaos that there were to many people. It was truely awful

I wish I could rate this 0 stars. No part of the Phi Phi Island tour could be considered luxury. This is a mass commercial operation luring people in on false advertising. The beginning of the day started off with what can barely be considered a continental breakfast. "Chicken ham" sandwiches (super confusing for halal guests, pineapple, cookies, and watermelon. Up next is a 40 minute "safety presentation" which is really 30 minutes of the staff trying to sell you their over priced products which they pitch as if if you don't have them your trip will be ruined. They hurdle masses of people onto the boats, and the tour guides are not checking in with each other, sending people to the wrong boats. The boats are not luxurious, no place to sit- imagine a ferry style. All day we ran late at the excursions, suffered the on board bathrooms which had no soap or tissue paper from the beginning (forget finding any sort of clean bathrooms during your stops (and including at the office where you start your day with this company,) and had to deal with the staff trying to sell additional add on excursions at every stop. If you didn't buy these extra excursions, you had to sit on the boats. Only little opportunity to swim and actually enjoy the water- you get about an hour at one place, the rest of the locations are full of fish that bite (hard). The lunch was a giant buffet, no private tables, and the food was cold from the inception. No towels or fins are included for the snorkeling- each is an additional 200 THB. If you're lured in by the "luxury" promise of this corporation, do yourself a favor and book an actual private trip.

Excellent services by Sawanu travels. Tommy and Ping Ping were excellent guides and very kind. Tommy is a wonderful guide with a great sense of humour. I would recommend everyone to this trip with Sawanu travels. All the staff were very helpful in providing logistics, food and support.

Amazing Experience at a great price our tour guides CJ and Kai and the entire ship crew were nothing short of absolutely legendary. They were Energetic and experienced, had a blast with them and the trip went exactly as planned. I would definitely recommend the trip to Phi Phi island or any other tour by sawanu. Excellent

The Phi Phi Islands are stunning, and the excursion with Sawanun Travel initially seemed promising and “premium.” The buffet lunch was okay, and the staff were friendly. A few things are worth noting: the trip started an hour late (10:30 instead of 9:30), which made the day feel rushed. Snorkeling was supposed to last 30 minutes but only lasted about 10 minutes. Approaching the caves for photos was disappointing, as we couldn’t get close enough. The guide repeatedly promoted jet ski rides (around 30 times), claiming they were cheaper than in Patong, which felt more like a marketing pitch than helpful advice. Also, the boat was quite crowded, with about 60 people, so the “premium” feel was relative. Overall, while the scenery was beautiful, these points made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Scam Alert – Avoid Sawanu Travel Phuket We booked a Phi Phi Island trip but had to cancel because my wife got sick. We provided a clinic medical report and were told over the phone we’d get a full refund. Instead, the tour company refunded only me and my wife, but still charged for my 3 kids. The travel agent claimed she paid the full amount from her own pocket to the tour company, and since they refunded her only part of it, she is now demanding that I pay her the rest — even though this was not my fault. She was also disrespectful and raised her voice at me over the phone. This experience was dishonest, unprofessional, and stressful. Save yourself the trouble — avoid this company completely.

Great trip, wasn’t sure what to expect as booked it through Phuket tours online and didn’t receive an itinerary email but rang the number and everything was legit. Was picked up by the shuttle from the hotel and taken to Phuket marina it seemed chaotic with a lot of people there but this is a meeting place for multiple boats (approx 50 people per boat) where you are given a wrist band and directed to what the day will look like. While waiting, there is a basic buffet and drink to start the day. Wasn’t sure of the weather at this time of year being rainy season, although it did rain the sun came out when the boat got to the islands. At Khai island there isn’t much and is very small you can hire a jet ski for 20 mins and costs 1500 baht and a lot of boats are here as a first stop. Next Stop at Phi phi kao island for some photos and head around the North side where you can get a shared long tail boat for 500baht per person was good for a private tour in the lagoon but the main boat does go into this area as well. Lunch was on Phi phi don island and was really tasty all of the sawanu boats go here but is organised into your groups so plenty of food basic again but still tasty Thai food. The trip back to mainland was a bit rough but wasn’t for long as being a bigger boat seemed to do a little better than some of the others heading in the same direction. All the staff onboard were great and very helpful including the captain but our guide Jeff was amazing, very helpful very good English and made the trip memorable. Highly recommended this company for a day trip.
