1.00Very bad experience with this company. The staff told me that these shoes were important and that I needed them, so I bought them. But after using them only once in the water, the seams came loose immediately. Very poor quality (see photo). I went back to the store to ask for an exchange or a refund, but they refused to help me. No refund and no replacement. This is really bad customer service. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Poor quality and very bad treatment of customers.

5.00We did the Khai Island tour as we felt it might be shorter. In the end, we needn’t have worried—the catamarans were extremely comfortable and we did not experience any seasickness at all. The entire tour was meticulously organised, with clear coordination and plenty of enthusiasm from Tommy and his crew. Departure and arrival were punctual, and the day flowed smoothly from start to finish. Lunch was also very good and well organised. The highlight for me had to be the snorkelling, which was an excellent experience with plenty to see and enough time to enjoy it. The visit to “The Beach” was interesting, although it did feel a little Disney-like, with long queues and a somewhat conveyor-belt atmosphere. That said, this would likely be the case with any operator and is not specific to Sawanu Travel. Overall, it was an exhilarating and well-run experience. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy it. Thank you Tommy and crew!

4.00Had a fun day, Enjoyed the scenery at Maya Cape, Long boat ride, and snorkeling. Pity did not see any monkeys. The trip was made even more special by the entertaining and caring guides Yaya, TJ, and the crew on the F6 boat.

2.00Excursion really too touristic we are taken to places where the beaches are filled and we pounce on us to offer to jet ski we do not think about our well-being far too many boats snorking none next to lots of boats with too many people very dangerous more. I do not recommend this company 😣

1.00TOURIST FACTORY /BTS At 17:00 They sell paradise and it's subway hell flee ........ tourist factory...they got me:-(((( ..45 people part boats and minimum of 10 boats, that you will cross everywhere where you will go all day..you are just there to pay..it looks like the bangkok metro at 5:00 pm... at every stop on a site hurry.when they say a stop, the boat shuts down the engine you have to take the picture quickly and we leave.(the cellar of the wikings..the island of the monkeys) First island, nothing to do... pay to sit, impossible to swim, too dangerous with jetskis. Nothing to see except the other 200 participants. I met a Fijian in Maja bay (toilet smoking area)they even install signs prohibiting to go out of line.he compares it to an anthill...lunch is 40 minutes , no more signa the entrance to the refectory (it is not a restaurant)...snorkelin in the shadow of the mountain in monkey bay at 5:00 pm. The staf is very good....they do as they can.end of the excursion at 18:00. but you have to send back to your hotel..........do it if it pleases you, but I lived it, I recommend it not.
